Perfect

It was a quiet area but not too far from the centre

Maybe the fact that you couldn’t change the language on the tv to English, however being in France I understand that obviously it will be in French. Maybe an option to change this would be good too?

A very enjoyable stay

The location was excellent - very easy to get around and we walked a lot so we could experience what the area had to offer. Room was great and good to have a kitchenette as well. We have told friends and family about the hotel so we expect that they will use it in the future

The pressure in the shower and controlling the temperature was sometimes hard

Great and affordable stay

The staff were lovely and very responsive with our needs! Our room was also great and comfortable.

The shower was sometimes really hot or cold, there wasn’t a lukewarm option, other than that everything was great!

Comfortable apartment, in a good location to supermarkets and public transport.

Easy check in, location is good with tram line outside and Metro a 10 minute walk away. Room was clean and staff very helpful. Being able to store luggage after check out was great too.

Only issue for us were the beds, two single beds pushed together weren’t that practical for us.

My shower water temperature was never stable, it would go from warm to boiling hot then super cold all the time, no exception, doesn’t matter if i turned it to cold or hot. It had literally a mind of its own.

The staff was wonderful—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It was a lovely stay despite little cons

Close to metro and tram. There is also Aldi next to the building.

On our last day, the elevator was not working. They dont clean the room within your stay. No extra garbage bag for the bin.

Uncomfortable Stay Due to Room Odor and Location

As soon as we walked into the room, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of sewage or dirty drain water coming from the kitchen sink and the bathroom. We had to improvise a plug using paper to block the kitchen sink drain just to be able to sleep. We also had to leave a window open all night to help air out the smell. There’s no air conditioning. Less than a block from the hotel, there were people sleeping on the sidewalks. It’s not an area I’d recommend for families with children.

Good value for money. Near subway stop (about 5-8 minutes walk). Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Pretty clean. No air conditioning, but they provided a fan, which helped alot. Room has a small kitchen with appliances and plates/cups. Has a small gym which is nice. Staff are quite friendly.

No air conditioning but many hotels in Paris are like this, and they provided a fan which was wonderful. The surrounding area doesn't seem super nice, but I never felt in danger.

Pros - good, clean rooms the room size was a bit small for 2, but it was manageable Value for money 10 min walk to metro station - a bit far from city centre but very much manageable Grocery stores nearby Staff are heplful

Great service as the apartment I originally booked wasn't available on short notice but I was immediately given another apartment to stay in in the vicinity. Great and very helpful desk staff, and the way to get the keys was very easy.

Would have liked to stay in the apartment I chose, but alas, see above. The new one was only one metro stop further away. Maybe a bit dated, some stains on the curtains and lamp shade but overall totally okay.

Would Not Recommend

Nothing really it’s not suited for tourists to Paris. The man that served breakfast was pleasant.

it’s was hot with no air conditioning. The staff at the front desk were particularly unhelpful we were there for a week and had to ask twice for clean linen. The area felt unsafe even during the day where we observed in person drug dealing out in the open. Very few employees of any service industry in Paris were pleasant. We were so pleased to leave.

I didn't like anything.

When we arrived at the reception, we were told that there were no rooms and we were offered a room in another hotel of this chain. You had to take the subway to another hotel. We had a doubt that it was generally within the city of Paris. The hotel refused to pay for the taxi. We didn't have that option. We canceled the reservation and rented another hotel in the center. The reception had a large list of people who were going to be moved to another hotel. I think it's a common practice for a hotel to sell rooms in a nicer and more or less well located one, and then ship them far away. terrible. I am disappointed

Very Tiny Room

Location and the surrounding was ok despite of being away from the main Paris area. The price was low compared to the other available hotels.

Very tiny room. Had a concrete pillar going through one side of the room which took most of the space from the already a tiny room. Requested to change to another room but unfortunately I was told they were fully booked. The smallest room I have ever stayed in anywhere. The shower is so tiny it was difficult to do anything without hitting the temperature control handle. Maybe I was expecting too much after looking at the pictures.

Nice big building with elevators. Location is good, the metro station is nearby, supermarkets are also close by. The breakfast is rather good, pastries and yoghurts are excellent.

There was indeed a coffeemaker in the room, but the one which requires ground coffee, and we did not have any with us, so the coffeemaker was useless.

A nice place to stay while in Paris! Far enough from the city centre to get some calm, but close by tram or metro. Frien

I enjoyed this experience. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood with proximity to tram and metro. There were a lot of sweet restaurants close by, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. Our room was clean when we arrived, and we felt like we were living in a tiny house because of the design of the “apartment” we rented. I would do this again :)

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear everything the neighbours were saying or doing.
