Warm staff

We felt right at home. The free coffee machine helped us a lot, and the staff was so kind; Cloe and Cristel were very warm with my kids.

The ubication is not the best, but were close to the metro and surrounded by grocery stores

Basic, no nonsense, comfortable and friendly.

Staff were lovely and friendly. I liked the foyer, nicely decorated. Room was very basic but clean and did the job for one night . Great to have a hair dryer, nice soap and shampoo in the bathroom. For what it was, it was good and enjoyable.

I would have liked some gluten free options for breakfast and decaf coffee. I would have liked sockets beside the bed.

Perfect for a night or two with easy access to the Metro

The rooms were spacious enough for a night trip and equipped with everything required. The hotel is very close to the Metro. There's a nice park 2km away which is nice to run around.

The location whilst being convenient felt a little edgy. This might just have been my perception but it felt a little rough around the edges. We had no incidents but did keep an eye out.

bad housekeeping: 1 pillow was dirty in multiple stains on both sides, ALL towels were dirty with either grey or brown stains, truly unbelievable in a 163 euro per night hotel in a capital city in 2025, just unbelievable.... small room, completely different than on the photos on booking, low water pressure in the shower

Front office staff - Mr Ishan/Ashan was very friendly and helpful - thank you Sir !

Room was ridiculously small and tiny I should say. It is not recommended for anyone - let alone the pain we sustained as a family of 4 ! There is no table, no furniture except one of the two beds, which was convertable to a sofa. No space to park your suit-cases ( we had to tuck them in under the bed - partially as those beds were very small ). Hallways were very dark. This room should not be recommended for family stay.

Amazing staff amazing, they cater to your needs and they are so relatable

I have to say amazing things about the host, the weekend hosts and night time and even the mooring host. They were so amazing, I canceled my hotel elsewhere and stayed here. This hotel goes above and beyond and they accommodate you and your family. The host were literally like family members especially Isiah he is night time host he kept me company and he just made me feel so welcome he helped us book an extra night and he is so excelent. Everyone in this hotel goes above and beyond wish the rooms where bigger and had bigger options for families of More than 4 ppl but it was amazing.

Bad experience with high prices

Cold water I could get from reception.

It is a long list. No amenities, bad facilities, small room. It was my anniversary and on special request they gave me a big room with a bath tub however on seeing the room there was no bathtub and the room was also not big. During 2 day trip my room was changed 3 times because one room had plumbing issue with dirty water coming in it. Overall really bad experience.
