Room was small but clean, strong water pressure and nearby mrt, but at the very end of the metropolitan line.. Far from the city.. No soundproofing in the rooms and that time when the other room banged/closed the door at 7am, the whole side of the wall in your room shakes too..đ
This rating is not directed at all staff, but mainly at a young curly haired chap who could not care less talking to you. Plus a mysterious disappearance of a Lancome foundation.
We had to checkout a day earlier because our flight was moved to early morning at Beauvais. The morning receptionist told us she would enquire about a partial refund for the night (which she said would be quite possible since they are able to clean and sell the room again) and a refund for the anticipated tourist tax (since we are not sleeping there anymore for the last night), all to be sorted out later at 5pm.
Therefore we must check out one day early and vacate the room that very morning and give the keys back, so we did.
Even if our original plan was to freshen up first in the evening before finally checking out later at 7pm.
In the afternoon we came back and thereâs the young receptionist guy who could not care less, shrugged, dismissed the night refund and said he would talk to the manager 3 days later for the tourist tax refund.
Never heard from them ever since. I asked on how do we follow up for updates or whatsoever, he just shrugged (Couldnât care less).
Additionally, on the day before, my Lancome foundation disappeared. So we asked reception to please report in case they found anything during check out cleaning because I said it just âmysteriously disappearedâ (even if I know that thereâs Zero chances to retrieve it, just to see ifâŠ) who knows..
and then it magically reappeared and was returned to me.. I was in shock! Not sure where they got it from, since we almost turned the room upside down looking for it and I even digged in the trashcans..In places I would never leave it at..
So if you knowâŠâŠ Im just glad I got it back..
Is this really a Best Western service standard? A 4 star hotel?

The location is away from the main suburbs but it close to a metro station and room was very confortable and modern. Besides the hotel is close to a metro station so getting anywhere was never more than 20-30 mins away plus safe area. Recommend if you want value for money with good service.

Not worth the money to stay here. Rooms are way too small, bathroom is even smaller and almost impossible to manage daily activities. Lift fits 1 person and 1 small bag. Book elsewhere
