If you're considering staying at this hotel, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
There were multiple issues throughout my stay, and if I hadn't only booked two nights, I honestly would have cancelled.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning—it wasn't working during the peak of summer, so the room was unbearably hot. I went to reception to ask for a fan, only to be told they didn't have any available. They said they would send a technician to inspect the room, but that didn't resolve anything. Be prepared for what feels like a sauna.
I also paid an extra €30 for expedited laundry service. The promised completion time was 7:30 PM, but my laundry wasn't ready. The only solution offered was an apology and a refund of the €30 expedited fee, which didn't help when I actually needed my clothes on time.
Breakfast was extremely underwhelming for a hotel that claims to be four stars. The selection was very basic—just eggs, bread, salad, fruit, and beverages. I expected a lot more.
To make matters worse, there were virtually no amenities provided, so be sure to bring your own toiletries. The shower temperature was also inconsistent, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold.
Overall, the experience felt much closer to a one-star hostel than a four-star hotel.
The only positive was the location. It's convenient, especially if you're working in the central area or need easy access to the metro. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing this hotel has going for it.

The hotel sits nearby the RER lines in my room you can hear train going through every 3-4 minutes. And in the night you can hear people in the next room talking.
Everything is good, but just the soundproof - I am told that there is a plan for improvement, I hope this comes sooner than later.

Good location with very nice staff. Just 20 minute from the all paris attraction. Brand new hotel. Lovely to stay.

Hotel was nice and generous with free snacks; however, stuff were stolen from our room and it wasn’t resolved before checking out
