I thought it was more closer, but the property it was located in a good location with a good public transportation.

Try to research more of the area you are gonna stay, the area was not great.

Sorry, I felt that I was overcharged. When checking in they said I only booked for 2 people when I am sure I booked for 4. really disappointed that they charged me extra. for the same price I am sure I could have gotten something closer to downtown. The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast was good.

Budget friendly place close to public transport

I stayed here during the Olympivs and was happy to come back. The location was good for me given the metro station is less than 10min walk and there is a grocery store just around the corner. The breakfast is a huge bones, I am absolute happy with the selection, yes it is always the same but still, as long there is a croissant involved, I'm in. 😁 The bed was comfuy, the bathroom was huge, and the heater worked perfectly. I would come back again if I find myself in Paris.

The staff wasn't as friendly as last time I was there, except one of them. Unfortunately I don't know his name but he had pino hair. He was super nice and friendly. The others weren't rude either but much less nicer and friendly them him or the ones I met the year before.

A comfortable and practical place to sleep.

Staff was kind and polite; some people tried to cut the line, but the receptionist politely asked them to wait their turn, explaining that he would serve those already waiting first. Breakfast was good, but the only thing that were missing for us was eggs. The location was decent, outside of the centre of paris, quiet and not as busy and chaotic as most of paris was for us.

By hostel standards, the room looked fine — it was clean but could use a bit of touching up. The parking situation was scarce, fully parked street and only a handfull of parking spots on/underneath the property available. We reserved a parking spot beforehand which was easy to do, but unfortunately there was a minor setback that was settled promptly.

Good connection to public transport and enclosed parking.

We chose this property because we could book parking with it and it was overall a good experience. The parking was in front of the hotel and everything is gated and it feels safe. I understood that it will be a basic hotel and all we needed were 4 beds to sleep.

We didn’t like how the ceiling had water marks and some mould and the paint was coming off the walls, also that the bathroom didn’t have a shower cabin etc. It felt like being in a hospital and you get what you get. Please, basic doesn’t have to mean low maintained.

Great spot for families, groups and couples

The résidence was close to the tram line and close enough to the metro. The breakfast had a good variety of items (croissants, buns, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal, juice, hot drinks, and fruit). It was from 7 to 930 on weekdays and if you depart before that time, you are unfortunately on your own for breakfast. The rooms were an average size, comfortable enough and there were elevators available. Reception was available often and you can store your luggage if you arrive early.

It would have been nice to have an early breakfast option. The shower head was a awkward to conrol and left the bathroom fairly wet. It could be a bit noisy in the halls and with the windows facing the spirts fields ( even past 9pm) and that was our main way of keeping the room cool. These were all minor and would not deter us from staying here again.

One of My Worst Hotel Experiences Ever

The Breakfast

As a frequent traveler who has visited over 50 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, I rarely write negative reviews—but this stay was beyond disappointing. The room was completely lacking even the most basic facilities and cleanliness standards. It was overpriced for what it offered—essentially nothing. The worst part: the air conditioning was not working at all despite extremely hot weather in Paris. The room was boiling, and we (family of 4 including two small kids) couldn’t sleep or even breathe properly at night. I reported the issue to the staff, and they told me they would contact maintenance to resolve it. No one came, nothing was fixed, and I felt completely ignored. This neglect even caused me a health issue that may require legal action. What’s worse is that the hotel clearly advertises air conditioning as part of the room facilities, which makes this not just a poor experience, but a misleading one. To add to the disappointment, the hotel parking was significantly overpriced, despite the impression that it was supposed to be included in the stay. Having stayed in Paris more than 20 times, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious before booking.

It was great . Good breakfast provided

Air conditioner was not working in our room. It was very hot and had hard to sleep. We asked to chang room but they said no other room is available. This is the only problem we faced there. Otherwise it was great to be there.

It was nice but the staff was not very accommodating

The room was clean and the sheets were nice.

Their breakfast starts at 7 but we had to check out on 7 but they didn't offer anything for breakfast and did they compensate for it as stay included a breakfast with it. Also They didn't provide us with toiletries no soap / toothpaste. No complimentary drinks/water.

The room and location was really good. It's well connected to main city via Bus, Trams and Metro even though its a bit far from the main city center.

The price displayed on the booking.com site does not give the actual figure. I was charged an additional 227 Euros which was not disclosed at the time of booking, Making this transparent at the time of booking will be really helpful.

Well worth it for the short amount of time.

The cost was fantastic. It was a bit far away from everything but we made it work as we were only there 2 nights.

We arrived at night and really didn’t know what we had gotten ourselves into it’s a strange set up in a run down area. But it turned out it was much better then we had originally thought. They also need to keep the rooms cooler or give you a lighter sheet. It was very hot each night.

A nice place for our family-stay - but could use some maintenance

We had a pleasant stay there and it was just the place we needed for our family-holiday in Paris.

The bathroom was nice, but the floor was broken and uneven. The aircondition was effective - but could not be adjusted. Their system was not working.

Pleasant

The room was spacious and good size. It is within walking distance to the tram line T3b and two Metro stations. The bus stop for route 57 is literally just in front of the property. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It's a bit dated and needs updating. The room was very basic and there was an unpleasant smell at times. The toilet is a wet type and the shower was not great.

had inclusive brekfast, although faily basic. ham chease baguete, cereals, jam , honey, brisquatets, yogurts, tea/coffe and juice (apple/orange)

after certain time/ evening the gate was locked and have to buzz the intercom to gain access. fairly dark at the entrance to the hotel
