Great for a outskirts city break

Good location to metro stops, supermarket next door, clean and perfect for a city base, decent speed wifi ( free)

Nothing was poor or bad, the entrance could of been better lit from the outside to explain its Ibis / budget in same building just on different floors

Don’t stay for the beds

The staff were really nice

The bed was HORRIBLE! So thin and hard I could not sleep at all. It was something you might expect from a hostel, but I have slept better in one of those than in this particular hotel. It think beds are as important as cleanliness, maybe even more. And when we look for a hotel, we are basically looking for a place to sleep as we spend the whole day outside. Beds need to cover at least a standard. Also, wifi wasn’t working during the whole weekend

it’s was alright.

we definitely loved the staff. Very welcoming in the breakfast area, reception and the cleaner that came to the room. Truly amazing and caring people.

more hanging space in the toilet, a water fountain 24hrs, a expresso machine available 24hrs, less segregation in relation to ibis budget and regular i ibis. Felt a little awkward being “pushed” to the side when we didn’t know we were booking something “less” than a regular ibis hotel room.

The location is not safe. There is no soap in the rooms (unbelievable). They cannot afford one soap. The windows cannot be opened.

Cozy room & Great service

Friendly and helpful stuff, warm, superclean and cozy room, good location (approx. 5 min to the metro), supermarket at the same building, restaurants and cafes nearby.

No such things, actually, I liked everything, but there are some points which, I think, can be added for better visitor experience: 1) teapot; 2) 2-layer bed cover to sleep comfortable when weather changes; 3) "breathing" linen 4) ability to open windows (this can be important for security: in case of fire, for example, I could open them; or just to breath fresh air in the morning/evening). ---- The rest was very good, thank you❤️☺️

Only the staff was to appreciate!

Room condition was shameful, old, overused, scratched everywhere, bathroom in scandalous conditions, eaten from wetness, with holes, ants everywhere, quite disappointing!
