I booked for one night, the reception pretended that my booking is not showing in the system, eventually they found it but said no payment is made by agoda to them, they kept me holding for an hour, pretending to call his superior, try various methods to locate my payment details and asked me to call agoda, pretended to call agoda by themselves, later asked me my credit card number to verify my payment is done or not, then they gave me the room finally, to my surprise next day when I checked my credit card in my bank app, I found they have charged me again for the same booing. I don't know if agoda can check this issue and credit my money back, or do I need to raise a complaint in the agoda app.

Decent hotel, near Metro. Clean & tidy with good staff. WiFi a bit slow & no English speaking TV. Breakfast adequate. Supermarket right next door.

I got the hotel thinking it was clase to the major attractions but turned out it was about 45 minutes from the Eifel Tower. Other than that it was a nice hotel

    簡素なホテルです。清掃されており静かですが、エアーコンディショナーが効きません。メトロ9番は便利です。雑多な街ですが、昼の治安は問題ありません。夜はUberを使った方がいいです
