Not ideal for families, the area is very dirty full of homeless people, I didn't feel safe there, hotel room is tiny and has only one small window that can't be opened, 1 h away from visiting places. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

the parking garage is completely gated. even people cannot pass through it. after the first night i noticed that the sunglasses were stolen. the dashboard content was all over the floor. i had locked the car. i told the reception and she said the parking has no cameras. the second morning a pair of shoes was stolen from the car. again the reception confirmed the parking has no cameras. the 3rd morning when we were checking out the other receptionist said the parking has cameras, but the company that handles the parking will need police notice and it's lots of paperwork and nobody wants to do it. shouldn't the hotel protect the costumers in such cases?? what's the point of a gated parking then? 45 euro for 3 nights ! - it was a 3 bed room, the 3rd bed was a terrible folding bed with metal bars in the middle of it. - there is a dangerous and probably infected water in the lobby called "detox". it stays in the sun the whole day with some fruit cuts in it and smells like sewage. don't drink it.

The first room we were given was dreadful. Small very smelly, damp and in need of a renovation. The air conditioning unit did work just made a horrendous noise so we had to switch it off in 30c heat. The room was directly under a generator on the roof which buzzed all night which meant non of us got any sleep. Spoke to the receptionist and they were very apologetic and we were moved to another room that afternoon. To say this room was fantastic is an understatement. Newly renovated with excellent air conditioner good beds and a lovely shower room. We couldn’t believe just how different it was compared to the first room.

Stay was good, room is bit small and tight for three beds. Hotel only provide very limited toiletries, do not provide a kettle etc which was bit unexpected for a 3* hotel where I live.

Upon arrival we had to have maintenance come to drain the clogged shower. There was very little hot water in the evening. The room even though it had “air conditioning” the room was always hot. To the point we were sweating every night of our 5 night stay. The shower leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor. This has been an issue for quite some time as the door frame had rusted out the bottom 3cm of the shower stall and door frame. The bathroom door had been kicked in at one point and had a huge hole in the shape of a foot on the inside of the door. There were police sirens throughout the night every night. The blackout curtains had holes in it and would not close all the way either. This be our only stay in an Ibis hotel.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Especially considering I have stayed with Ibis before and always it was a good experience. Room was very small and not the cleanest. Part of the skirting board was broken and came off the wall. Toilet seat was scratched all over. Windowsill was dusty. There was no kettle in the room and I was informed at the reception they don't provide that. To get an iron, which usually is in every room there is €20 deposit. No need to mention no complementary coffee or tea. I also send request for one small bottle of water on the arrival in the room which was approved however it wasn't there. Staff were very blunt, not welcoming at all. Area of the hotel was very dirty, with some local market (bazaar style), with many people illegally selling cigarettes to pedestrians. It didn't feel safe to walk alone, particularly in the evening. Only one good thing i can say was distance to nearest metro station. To summarise I wouldn't recommend stay in this hotel. Way overpriced for what it offers.

The hotel is old, water didnt work, but at least we got a nice compensation with breakfast for one morning. Rooms are very small. Hotel is not located in a nice area, but atleast it was close to metro. Overall, not goot hotel experience. I do not recommend.

Metro station is about 12-15 minutes walk. On Weekends, they have a Flea Market near the hotel, so it's hard to walk to and from the hotel. On Monday it is all clear. The room was clean, small, the staff was very caring. My first room did not have a/c and they moved me to another with a/c. Windows do not open. I felt safe and would stay again. If it's only for sleeping, it is great.

We stayed in a very rough area with at least 6 or 7 family’s living out there car outside the front of the hotel making it not feel safe not only that the bathroom was covered in paint and had holes in wall and ceiling

The room and hotel was nice, but the area was very unsafe and for the last 2 days of our stay, there was construction work happening on our floor which started from 9am and went on all day which was absolutely ridiculous because we wanted to have a lie in, but we couldn’t due to the horrendous noise. There were no signs to state this was happening and when the front desk asked how my stay was and I told him about the noise from the workers, all he could say was I’m sorry which implied that the front desk did not know the workers were going to create that much noise. We will not be coming back.

Property is very rundown, room was cold in a sub zero weather no heat. They had construction going on when we were there knocking all day very loud noise, they never informed us of that prior to arrival. Breakfast was very limited with a saggy vegetable that kept being put back for a whole week. I will definitely not go back to this hotel way over ratted.

Hotel is ok, with a large fleamarket right outside. It's quite a walk from the Metro. Real issue for me was noise; the room door was badly fitted and corridor noise was terrible. Every door on the landing slammed when used, so it was constant throughout the nights of my stay. Good breakfast though!

- 1 out of the 3 lifts worked. 10-15minutes to wait for lift - no iron to use for the entirety of the trip - we had change room as our original room was damp, has half of carpet in the room wet floor. - could not open window for fresh air.

inside the room is full of smoke smell, and the air circulation doesnt work well next to that, there is no window which can be open. the AC is also working not well, it takes 1 hour for the AC to change temperature from low to high or from high to low. the curtain is not clean at all. also the elevator is not working well, i had 2 mornings wait for the elevator, which comes, but for some reason, the door could not close, button didnt work and elevator kept close and open its door and wont going down stairs. the other 2 elevator never came up to my floor after waiting 10minutes. i am staying at 15 floor which is the highest floor, and have to taking the stairs. btw, the reception service is also bad.

The front desk staff were the nicest people. They are very helpful and as a plus they spoke English extremely well. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants in the same bulling that make it very convenient to grab anything you forgot or just to buy some food. My only negative thing of the house keeping. The shower has mold in it, the shower head would not work right and kept falling off and down, you needed to turn the water off because it backed up so much and overflow if you don’t. You only get two towels so if you wash your hands you have to use your shower towel to dry.

Really lovely hotel, staff very friendly and happy to help. The area wasn’t the greatest for a group of girls travelling together and could of done with a kettle in the rooms to at least make hot drinks however there was a hot drink vending machine which was around €1 per drink. Would happily stay again.

Paris is wonderful, but our stay at the Ibis was extremely unpleasant. We stayed for 6 days. On the first day we requested repairs to the air conditioning which was not working, it was very hot and we had 6 bad nights sleep. Every day the front desk said he would send a technician to fix it and nothing was done. I sent a message to hotel and email to Arcor Network and no response. On the third day we spoke with Igor, who was very attentive and friendly, but he did not solve our problem. He said he would fix the air or the next day he would be changing rooms and again nothing was done. On the fifth day we had a problem with breakfast, the girl, very rude called Ines, made us pay for breakfast on time, unlike on other days when we left our name on the list to be paid at check out. I asked for water replacement and the 3rd time she brought and left the bottle on our table, soon after a new customer requests water and she takes our bottle and gives it to the other customer. We went to try to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the menu and advertisement at the hotel said one type of menu, when we arrived at the restaurant the menu was another. Totally frustrated. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

I only recommend this place for sleeping and shower. The staff working there were not smiling and the service they had was bad. The air conditioning didn’t work as it was the same in the whole hotel. We didn’t get extra blanket and neither new plastic cups the next day. It’s a bit far away from the centre, it took 30 min with metro. Also we killed 4 bugs within 10 minutes..
