Budget friendly stay

Close to metro and it was clean

Very tiny rooms and a tiny elevator. First day we left the tovels on the hanger but when we came back they were on the floor and were not changed of course. The sink was very small, water was spilling outside, and neither the sink nor the shower was draining properly.

The room is cosy and feels homey. The staff were friendly and nice. The location is quiet which is good for us and there are near train and bus stations.

OK for a short stay in Paris

the hotel is located in a calm area. close to the metro station.

the wc was not cleaned properly i had to clean it myself. Then I was not sure if other things are realy clean there. there was a kettle placed on the safe box which was put on the small fridge. all in the cupboard. not really safe in my opinion in case someone pour water by mistake on the electrical installation of the fridge. besides due to the fact that safe box was just put on the top of the fridge it was nit possible to i put anything like electronic device inside as it was very hot inside. when booking this hotel be careful apparently some rooms are without toilets , very unusual for BW but it looks the quality standards are not kept anymore.

Good quality and location

The staff was very helpful when our uber driver got lost the gentleman at the front desk walked us through the directions over the phone The room was very compact but comfortable The hotel was located close to a subway station so transportation was easy peasy

Nice place but rooms way too small

Location was perfect! Breakfast… really good and the staff friendly.

Rooms are really really small. Travelling with kids in this hotel maybe challenging. We did travel with a teen and toddler, we booked two rooms and wasn’t really comfortable. Small rooms. The smoking area was “out of service “ due to renovations but no one was working on it during my staying so… couldn’t smoke my cigar 🥴

The front desk man was pretentious and tried to charge us twice for the hotel payment. All the towels were dirty, and because we were Asian, he was extremely rude and racist — truly shameful in the 21st century. The location was bad, the hotel smelled like cider, and the breakfast was expensive yet terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid — this is my honest review.

The fact that I was not allowed to check in at the time I arrived by when I had specifically indicated that I was going to arrive between 06:00 and 07:00. I was told that I could only check in at 15:00pm. Besides, I was told of paying "city tax" only when I was there. I was not informed that there was an additional amount that I would need to pay.

Not sure it was 4☆

I don't think it was 4☆. First we get the room with one bed instead of ordered 2. But the two beds in the room were exactly the same - no space between beds. No room to walk around the bed, and miniscule bathroom, ridiculously small elevator. I couldn't fit in it with my backpack on, I had to take it off. Complementary water had mold on the bottle (looked like they just pour more from the faucet for a new guest). Walls were fixed many times but no one seemed to bothered sanding or painting those spots. Sink faucet shooting sideways, TV remote missing. I was specifically looking for a 4☆ hotel with a name I know to be in a nice place. And I was fine with the fact that for €400 for 3 nights I will get something far away from the city center. But eventually I got a 2☆ experience away from the center. My advice to people considering this hotel: either pay more for something closer to the center, either get a 2- 3☆ hotel and at least save some money for the same experience.

I have already stayed in best western before and I complained about their cleaning, i paid almost 500 Euros for two days for this property and the same experience, If this message is viewed by someone responsible, please go and check every corner especially behind the TV, am very sure they didn't even noticed for at least one week, Please value our money and do the needful. I will continue use this app for booking for my stay and if I found same like property like yours, definitely I will sue you. Sorry to say this, if any clarification about this, I have video recording. Staff was very cooperative. I stayed with my kids and they're allergic to dust. Idint complained about this because I didn't want to waste my time.and if I do so nothing going to happen So please, value our money. Thanks Jeneesh

Cute, but dirty and bad air

The hotel offers a cute and nice atmosphere.

The room came without air condition, unlike what the information beforehand said. The ventilation itselv was also poor, so we had to open the windows pretty often to get freash air in. The hotel was also a bit dirty. Dust and piles of dust many places. Plates not always clean at the breakfast area. The rooms was also a bit small with to much furniture for it’s size. Will choose another hotel next time in Paris.

Comfortable hotel near metro station

One of the most affordable options for our dates. There isn’t much happening around the area, but the hotel is right by the metro station, and the train takes you everywhere reliably. The rooms are tiny but clean with all the amenities you need. The hotel staff is friendly and often left out treats for us in the lobby.

As mentioned above, the area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants or things to do, but if you don’t mind taking the metro, this hotel is a great option!
