A welcoming and friendly hotel with a lively atmosphere. There were many young people and even whole school groups staying there, which created an energetic and refreshing vibe. The hotel is well located and very clean.
The room temperature was not adjustable and stayed above 21°C, which was quite uncomfortable in winter. Also, the fruit juices served at breakfast were actually syrup-based rather than real juice.

Loved the family room of bunk beds! This is a necessity for hotel rooms yet so hard to find anywhere else.
Staff was very friendly. Mohammed is friendly and speaks many languages! Breakfast was delicious!
Difficult to enter WC inside of hotel room and close door because it’s a small room. Easier to use WC in lobby :)

The place was comfortable and the room was well designed.
The area (Architecture, landscape, suburbs etc) around it was a little bit sad and far from the main attractions of Paris.

The beds were comfortable despite the small size. The room was very clean.
There were no bedside tables in the room or tea/coffee making facilities. The staff weren't very accommodating and lacked basic customer service skills.
