Brother and I have already planned to stay here again next year so that tells a lot

The hotel is well managed, staff are amazing and friendly. Location is amazing; you can literally jump off the window to metro that will take you to city centre.

Great experience in the 20th arrondissement.

Excellent location, staff—especially the cleaning staff—were great, helpful and friendly. Being next to the subway was a real plus.

It’s a busy area, so there’s noise but it’s Paris. They kept the laundry in the hallway and we were near the kitchen, so there was an odor in the hall.

It was passable, neighborhood not that secure, near the metro station, meaning it was good only to sleep in and nothing much, just to cover yourself at night, very basic basic basic

Even tho we booked this stay very early on, they were “full” and gave us the last room, on the last floor, the 6th floor with NO ELEVATOR, the stairs were very narrow and small, and with luggage it was impossible to do everything in one trip, and they did not even offer to help seeing also that we have an elderly person with us.

The location was convenient as the metro is right outside the hotel and there are 2 supermarkets nearby.

It was way to hot, the room had a fan, but it was not enough. The stairs to get to the room were quite stiff.

the location is a little ways away from the city but there is an amazing bakery on the street and a metro line that brings you directly infront of your hotel.

Great location.

The location is great right next to the metro station and lots of shops around. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

We knew there was no elevator but the stairs were very narrow. The fan wasn't enough since the temperature was very high when we were there.

Simple but effective.

I just needed an affordable stay in Paris. This was close to a metro station (one directly out the door and the other one 10 min away). The room was not so big, but it had everything: sink, fridge, kettle, tea, desk, bed. Very nice.

There was only one common bathroom, I don't know how many people shared it, maybe some rooms had their own.

Cute and Classical traditional Paris hotel

Maraîchers Line 9 metro station 2-3 steps, bus line stops from front door of L'Union, at active intersection. Classical architecture building, My room, 203, had two big windows of the interesting intersection below. Bars, boulangeries, bazars, BNP ATM, Carrefour grocery, restaurants immediately upon exiting hotel. Strong wi-fi and daily cleaning.

Great location, the train was just outside the door, great spot outside of tourist town so got to see the real Paris. Right over the road from a couple of lovely cafe's and so many shops nearby. Thankyou :)

The door closers were very strong which made the clicking sound very loud in the hallway when we had to go to the bathroom in the night and we felt bad disturbing the other guests (but we didn't hear anyone else even though the building was full, so perhaps the soundproofing is fine).

The bathroom looked nice.

There was terrible smell in the room, like being in a sewer, we had to climb 12 flights of stairs with no lifts, spiral stairs to the very top, very steep steps and steep landing.

Very clean and spacious room. Mattress was comfortable. Very practical in front of metro station and many near places to eat.

The location was very very good and they were cleaning the room every day. The bathroom was also big and renovated.

The room was very small and old. The worst part was that the room was in the 6th floor without elevator. The stairs were very small and hard to climb.

A decent stay!

The location is pretty nice, 1 minute from metro. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable (thank you), cute view from the room, nice shower size, all supplies were provided and renewed during the stay.

WiFi was not usable, there is no sign for the door "do not disturb". Since the building is pretty old we could hear the street noise, but it did not disturb our sleep nonetheless.

Comfortable, clean, quiet stay at an excellent price at a very conveniently located hotel!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and exceptionally well priced hotel. Great location - right in front of a metro station with excellent public transport connections to everywhere you’d want to see in Paris, and also surrounded by some excellent bakeries!

Only two minor issues - we were on the top floor and there’s no lift so we had to go up six flights of stairs to get to our room. This wasn’t really a problem for us as young healthy people but it was a bit tiring! The only other problem was the WiFi stopped working on the last day, we got an error message saying there were too many people using the WiFi so we couldn’t connect.

friendly staff. metro station and mini market right outside the hotel. not in the very centre of Paris but still easily reachable. when I prolonged my stay for another night I received a better room and even paid less for it. that's something to really appreciate! I recommend this hotel.

the floor in one of the rooms could've been a bit cleaner. it wasn't bad but still. the floor of the other room I was in was very clean though.

Surprise view

Really friendly guy at reception, despite being new. Surprised with an excellent street view, new bathroom. Comfy overall. Cool spiral staircase. Perfect sunset view.

Incredibly hot at night and the plasticky sheets made it sweltering. Could open windows all night but it's very loud from street.
