We chose this location because we had an early train ride the next morning. The hotel was very easy to find. A bus station is right across the street. It is deceivingly far from the train station, but not too bad. About 15m. The front desk person was helpful and spoke English which was nice. Rooms size is pretty small, but for just a single night it was fine. I like the bunk bed style. The beds were firm but comfortable enough. We had a nice view of the city as well.
There is a shopping center next door that has a large grocery store and several restaurants so we were able to find something to eat quickly and easily.
The room was mostly clean. We always check beds for bedbugs before unpacking. No bugs but the mattresses were a little dirty underneath. Sheets and comforters were clean.
The shower was a bit weird. There isn't a full door to close the shower so we ended up getting water all on the floor. Again, not a big deal. Just a bit of an inconvenience.

Superb location - right next to a bus stand - well connected to the rest of the Paris city.
Nice cozy room with a private bathroom. Everyday room cleaning was done.
Everyday we had to walk back to the reception from the room which was very distant from the lift lobby - because our keys didn't work. It happened every single day - every time we tried to enter our room. Every single day the keys were disabled and the reception people enabled it. It felt really intentional - highly disappointed!
However, the reception behaviour was good. They everyday enabled the room key with a smiling face 😊

Horrid hotel, stained carpets and beds. Have never had a worse experience with a hotel. The area is far away from anything, the building is collapsing and covered in net- so even looking out of the window is depressing prison-like feeling. They charged us 6€ for extremely bad coffee (basically just stale filter). Speechless!

Elevators broken and slow. No clear access to stairs and very confusing design. Too hot inside. Breakfast was really bad and our coffee tasted like cigarettes.

size of the room was acceptable.
the room was not very clean - found hair in the bed. I always look for bed bugs traces so I looked under de bed sheets and was nauseous how dirty it was... lack of cleanliness
the light by the bed made some ticking noise, had to put on earplugs just for this...
noise - you can hear any door being opened on the floor and very poor noise isolation - people also just didn't care and where speaking loudly in the corridor at 5am...
smoking smell
lack of space to put your clothes / bags.

Nice room as expected and staff were friendly and really helpful with directions and travel plans.
15min walk from nearest metro but a nice walk along the Seine to get to the concert venue I was going to that evening. I could have gotten on buses but decided on the walk.

Doors need a soft closure fitting to them, my family were woken all through the night by the noise of doors opening/closing.

Nice location, overall good price
Too noisy, there is a strange separation between budget and hotel. And breakfast was really poor.

1. early pre-authorization charge (about 1 week prior date of arrival)
2. I confirmed early check-in (for extra 20eur/room) however it did not work for us, had to wait about 3 hours

Bus 24 was available directly infront of the Hotel from bus stand Centre Commercial de Charenton-Le-Pont. Room was cheap and good value for money in Zone 1/2 border.
Room was little small. Once there was a fire in the kitchen and fire alarms were ringing - however the incovenience did not last long and situation was brought under control.

As the name suggests it is very good budget hotel, located very close to the bus stop, just 70 meters it offers a very good way for communication. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also close to the Bercy Bus Station which gives very good Bus connectivity to inter Europe destinations. There is a shopping mall in the same building where you can get your required things. Very good option compared to its value. This building also has another hotel named ibis Paris Porte de Bercy.

Good value for money, the food from the restaurant is delicious. It's a cosy place to stay. We got a room that had a stunning view of the river Seine and far off in the distance we could see the Eiffel Tower. Right next to a shopping centre so if supplies are needed it's only downstairs, very convenient and basically has everything you would need!
Beds are a little uncomfortable and the hotel's location is right next to a main road that basically connects the entirety of Paris, so it's a little noisy when the windows are open; it wasn't an issue for us but it might be for someone else. No air con so the room does get a little bit warm.

The lobby of the hotel gives off really fancy vibes. The staff was polite, they were just a little hard to understand sometimes because of bad English. Location is close to the bus station and a bus that drives directly to the city centre. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. The view from the window was amazing (we saw skyscrapers and Eiffel tower). Every night we came into the hotel, our beds were made and they changed our towels and paper cups.
The neighborhood looks sketchy. The room was very cold and there was no way of heating it up even though we set the temperature to 30°C (max.). The cushions had a bad smell and the towels were dirty from lipsticks and had brown spots. Every night we came into the hotel, our keycard was not working so we had to go downstairs and had them reset it. They have 4 elevators, but only 3 go to the ground floor, so when in hurry, they are very hard to navigate. Everything feels very cheap, which is understandable for the price. Also the lamp was constantly making noises.
And for the most troubling part: as usually, you need to pay the deposit before your stay (they automaticlly withdraw the money from your account), which you supposedly get back within 24 hours of your stay. It should only be done once, HOWEVER they charged me the deposit TWICE and 3 days after our stay I still haven't recieved any of it back. I wrote an email to the hotel, but still no response nor money. I would like to know what is happening, but the hotel is not responding.
