Decent
Rude staff, lack knowledge. We were a group of 30, none of them were asked for a deposit. And I was asked to make a security deposit of 100 euros. When asked why me, I was told everyone needs to pay this, and the staff might have forgotten. While checking out they were refused to pay back the deposit stating the guy who is responsible for paying that needs to come for me to collect it. This is the worst explanation. Accor group needs to check on this malpractice

The property was very conveniently located between two stations and was perfect for exploring Paris. There were was a great variety of restaurants close by that were great and easy to walk to after long days exploring.

The room had everything you needed including all cutlery and crockery. Clean, with lots of space for clothes.
A little too far out from the centre, but good links using the M8.

The staff is nice, friendly and answers all my questions promptly. The location is quite good very close to the metro station, bus and surface tram, quite easy to get in any place in the city. The neighborhood is also a positive and does not look like an abandoned place. The room was clean as well as the towels and bed linen and kitchen utensils were there and also in a good state.
The room was in a sad state and urgently needs a renovation and I am not talking about luxury this is not the aim of this hotel (I am aware of it). The upper edge wall is with signs of old mold or pollution (something dark) and the wall painting is old in a bad way, some of the furniture has signs of superficial damage. After the room was keep it close most part of the day and I came back I also noticed a bad smell that required keeping the window open for a time.

The area seems to be safe to arrive late and is a short distance from the subway station.
The staff was very friendly.
I was expecting a Nespresso coffee machine instead of a traditional drip coffee maker. Additionally, the sewage smell was quite strong, and we only started noticing it after the second day. On the first day, the smell was somewhat masked by the air purifier plugged in, but it became noticeable later. Another point that was different from what we expected was the bathroom. In the photos, there was a bathroom with a shower stall in the bath area, but we got a bathroom designed for people with disabilities, where we had to use a squeegee to dry the floor after showering, which was not as shown in the pictures on the website.

The location was very convenient for exploring Paris and Charenton. The price was fair, especially considering it was high season. The hotel worked well as a base for a few days. Overall, it was a comfortable and okay stay.
The room felt a bit outdated in its design. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety. The listing showed a Nespresso machine, but in reality there was only an old filter coffee machine. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s one of those small details that sticks with you and can be a bit annoying.

The room was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is probably 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station & there are lots of restaurants / bars along the street.

Easy to find. Clean and had everything I needed

Although the hotel is not located in the city centre, it’s easily accessible by metro, making it a convenient choice for travellers. The room offered good value for the price, featuring a small kitchen equipped with all the essential utensils, as well as a private bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout.
The beds were on wheels, which may be practical for cleaning purposes but made them somewhat uncomfortable for sitting or sleeping. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies available in the room — such as salt, sugar, and ideally, some cooking oil.

The location was great, between 2 Metro stops. The bed was very comfortable, nice and firm with extra pillows available. The little kitchenette had everything we needed and bathroom was supplied with essentials. Reception was 24h, helpful and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Despite overlooking the Boulevard Périphérique, the windows were very effective at blocking the traffic noise so it wasn't a problem.
The room could do with a coat of paint, and overlooking the Boulevard Périphérique wasn't great, but we did have a great view of Paris beyond that.

I found the bed comfortable & availability of cups and bowls great. Staff friendly.
The location was not exactly what we thought but served our purpose as a 1 night stop in between transits.

1. Hotel staff wery helpfull;
2. There ware comments regarding big traffik noise comming from outside. I would say, although the hotel location is on a big street with huge trafik, sutpriseingly, there was zero noise in the room. May be due to double wondows.
There is no air condition. In our case it was not a problem, because the wheather wad not so hot.

Clean and good access to restaurants and train station.
One member of staff had an argument with my relative.
We were told breakfast was from 7-10 and by 9.30 she was clearing the room out and wanted everyone to leave.
