It was very cold. And the heat turned off by itself

The balcony and tv.
It took us an hour to enter because at night there is no reception. They have a good photographer because the rooms are extremely small. The cleaning was not good, a lot of money for this service.

The room wasn't exactly as we expected, but it was big enough and confortable, with all the necessities, a big double bed and a little balcony.
Position was good enough, well connected, but didn't have much facilities around
On the other side, cleaning was a little disappointing. When we got in it wasn't too bad, but we encountered ants, a cockroach and even bed fleas. Luckily it was just one and we killed it (after it bit me).
At the reseption, at the beginning of the stay, they had asked us if we wanted the room to be cleaned on Wednesday or Thursday. We chose Wednesday and left a not asking to take care of the bed fleas, at least spraying something. The cleaners came, took the note and left without cleaning. The day after I went to report it to the reception and they said the were gonna do the spraying on Thursday (which was the day we were in) and said not to worry that the would come that day to clean. NOBODY came. Nobody cleaned. They didn't even let us some new toilet paper.
Moreover even if there was a code to access the building, the entrance door was always open.

Quite clean coffee facilities in the room
Could be a bit salt pepper in the kitchen

The apartment was clean and spacious, and had all that I needed for the stay, thank you.
It was not great to be so near the incinerator, but I did not notice any bad smells, and it perhaps meant that the room had a reasonable price.

Good price, relatively clean
Location, you'll have to walk quite far at night if you don't take an uber. Self check-in at night is risky. The machine for night-check in was out of paper, if you don't pay attention the short moment it says your room number, you'll miss which room you're in since no receipt is coming out. Staff should make sure there is enough paper and ink for the night in the machine.

There was a carefour in walking distance. And the area was pretty nice considering its industrial.
The walls are damaged and it looks like they can’t be bothered fixing it. We had termites all over the room, coming out of a hole in the wall behind the bed. The cleaning doesn’t speak english which is very frustrating if you’re not ready to leave yet. The tv is not at all tourist friendly, so in the evening when you’re ready to rest, the only option is sleeping or playing card games. There was white powder on our kitchenette and all the plates/ utensils etc were dirty and we had to reclean everything. The floor is sticky. The doors are loud and don’t work. There was a random and very loud alarm waking us up at night. There is a fan available but its covered in dust. There was a weird smelly odour coming into the room and after they clean the room (which is only 1 day by the way). Towels and toilet paper is also restocked 1 day. And reception opening hours don’t match at all. We’ve seen people at the reception 2 times in our overall stay of 8 days. Curtain got damaged after cleaning, by staff.

The staff is very very gentel and helpful and friendly. Thank you Miriam and Koné. Very very helpful even in the night by telephone and in site - we had a few cases. Very clean, good bed linen. There is an enormous Carrefour, shops, restaurants near by.
Away from the center of Paris but there is regular transport close to it.

The elevator works
The reception staff was rude and not helpful, the reception is only available until certain hour, we got locked out of our room and had to wait 45 minutes in a corridor until they gave us the solution (opening a locker with a replacement card, using a code that took 5 min) the floor was dirty from the previous booking, shower hose was broken, toilet not flushing.
Not recommended unless you don't have other option.

The kitchenette was very useful. The staff (when they were there) were very friendly and helpful.
Our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke whenever someone in the neighbouring room was smoking.

This is the second time we use this facility, it is a very good value for money, the staff was very cooperative and they accommodated all our requests. High recommended.

It was the perfect size, the staff was incredibly nice, and the location was close to the concert venue.
Nothing. It was a great experience.

It was very far from the center, and was not very accessible.
The staff was very nice, they allowed me to check in at 12pm instead of 3pm.

The location is ok (18 minute walk from a big station).
The best is comfortable
There was a kitchenette in the room.
The room looked much worse than in the pictures.
The room is incredibly hot (there is a fan, but it is still hot and we went in mid-September).
The room overlooked a school (you could hear the kids playing and the school bell.

Heating, kitchenette, kitchen utensils, room, privacy, cleanliness, close by to veilib rental bikes
-staff, too little shampoo and not replaced
-check in procedures
-need to walk for public transportation
-for those who don't have a car or are tired of walking, metro and train requires 1-2,5km walk if you don't wanna take an extra bus trip
I didn't know the reception didn't work on Sundays when I first booked. I thought it wouldn't be an issue. But I asked if I could check in early that day to drop our luggages. They gave an ambiguous reply so I took my chances and first went there. The automat kiosk wasn't working and waited for a few hours, messaged the hotel on booking to no avail. There wasn't a locker or a toilet in the main areas so we head to the city with our luggages. I regret not checking online for nearby lockers. I would have appreciated if they inform earlier about such practicalities. When we come back in the evening to collect our key from the kiosk, it didn't work so we had to call someone to give us our (temp) key. Event though a real person came in already she said they are closed and to complete the check in and we must come the next day too. Our schedule was full from 8-20 following days whilst the reception worked b/w 9-19. So we needed to alter our schedule. The lady who came to hand us our key was chatting on the phone the whole time and made it very difficult to even ask questions. No apologies for the inconvenience. When we checked out another receptionist said they are OK with us and we can go, leaving us wondering why they never bothered to ask whether we were OK with them. Again no remorse for not replying timely or not replying to some of our questions, inconvenience about the check in procedure.

I found the room to be quite comfortable. The bed was truly comfortable and every space had a use. Everything met my expectation and went beyond. Sheets and towels were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say I quite enjoyed the experience. And there are vending machines on the first floor and they offer microwave dinners. They were life savers when we got back late and couldn't find any open stores.
The location is overall good, but 30 min from the city center. It's not that far but thanks to weird Parisian public transport we had a difficult time getting around. Apart from that some of the silverware offered was not exactly clean. Finally, we had to pay a city tax but I saw that I already paid for it during the reservation. Too bad I saw it after my visit ended.

Very good value for money and close to Carrefour supermarket where you can buy all your needs. Close bus station that can easily connect you to the nearest Metro station
Very good accommodation for business travel at a good price, little bit far from Paris but you can be there within 30 minutes by Metro. Only one restaurant is available at night in the nearby. Very noisy at night for the rooms facing the main street, the noise is coming from the opposite factory, every morning from 5:00 am, for this need to close the window at night which is not practical during summer specially that there is no AC in the room.

The property was as shown in the pics, small room but bed was comfortable which is much needed in a trip. A small kitchen with basic crockery was provided.
Cleaning as mentioned on the site was once a week but better work could have been done by the cleaning staff.
