We paid the hotel at booking.com and yet this Nigerian Receptionist asked us to to pay €100 as deposit though we already

Okay stay, but the place isn’t well kept.

The place was okay for the money. But the area was a bit sketchy, the room was poor quality and not clean. I had to go to the reception right away as a towel holder was torn from the wall and I had nothing to do with it, so didn’t want to pay from the deposit - which I didn’t know was a thing I had to. But the staff was very nice!!

It wasn’t clean, and the rooms are stating to fall apart. Also it was too bad the tv was very old - would be nice if you could be able to connect your chromecast as they only show French tv.

Great value!

Great value for money and good facilites. Had everything we needed including a mini fridge and dishes so we could eat in our room. Room was a good size and bed was reasonably comfortable.

Location wasn’t the best and it takes a while to get to the main things in paris but you couldn’t really beat the price so it worked for us.

The area doesn’t look fancy. But everybody who lives locally there was friendly and polite.

Cheap and decent.

Our room/apartment was huge for Paris standards. The place is clean. For the price is a good option in Paris, where everything is extremely expensive.

Good value for the price. The bed was comfortable. The staff didn’t speak English, but they made an effort to help

The room wasn’t very clean — there was hair on the bathroom floor, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the stay was okay, but cleanliness could definitely be improved

It’s one of the best rooms that I ever stayed!!! Very big room , very clean , with an amazing bed and very nice bathroom. Very warm ando you can cook if you want!!!

Everything was very good. The only that I can say is that didn’t change the towels at all. We stayed five days!!!

The hotel was affordable but not recommendable

The room was not clean and tidy. It was not well maintained. Some staff were rude. Kitchen was never cleaned by hotel staff themself, instead guests were asked to clean the kitchen.

I think for the price it is good. I recommend reserve the hotel in winters.

The shower hose had a crack, and water was leaking. We notified the hotel, and they promptly replaced it. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

There is no air conditioner, and the fan didn't provide much relief. When we were there, the weather was hot, and we struggled in the room. We tried to open the window, but there were mosquitoes.

I recommend this place to visitors who wants to stay longer than 2-3 days.

In total, the place is perfect based on the price and the services they give. This place is very recommended, especially for people who want to stay longer in Paris or need a kitchen and utensils for a short stay. For first and short visit doesn't recommend it because usually, you don't have time to cook at home. When the supermarkets are closed you start your day and after they are closed you come back to the hotel. The access to the cheap bakeries around was perfect which is not possible in the city center or expensive places. So, it gives you an opportunity to test French breakfasts like Croissants besides drinking a perfect Espresso:) in the hotel nearby.

There was no soap available in the room and we asked the reception they do not apparently provide it. I think it's more important than shampoo or dish soap for being clean. We just had a shampoo to wash our hands. The sink for the wash basin was broken and we didn't have time to put time to tell the receptionist whose English was not so good. So we manage it just by putting a fork to let the water pass; disgusting!

I recomend this place.

Simple, clean and cozy appartment, very kind staff. Very sufficient to check in, get the keys, check out.

I missed a proper knife. Location is a bit far from metro, but we felt safe while walking around the area, so it wasnt big deal. There is one food store which has great opening hours in the way from metro to apartment.
