The room was absolutely spotless as is always the case in the Aparthotel Adagio in the Porte de Charenton. It was large and had a great view over the surrounding area.

The hotel is nice but really far from the centre of city. However, this was not the issue. I stayed for a week, we were in 3 people. I asked them to clean the room mid term and they refused because I was staying for 5 days only and they clean it after 8 days, which is absurd and it is totally a SCAM because after I checked out, without any warning, they charged me 70 euros saying the room was dirty so I had to pay another fee. Of course the room was dirty, they only clean it after EIGHT days, I had to collect the trash myself with a bag that I got from the supermarket because even that, they could not do. I will sue this hotel because this is an absurd! They refuse to clean it and then charge you for it. They DO NOT offer room service as advised, please get away from this one!

The stay here was great. It is not very close to the major attractions, but reasonable distance to both Liberte and Porte de Charenton metro stations. Overall, we were happy with our stay at this place.

Kitchen and facilities were very useful. But the location for public translations was not so convenient and towel heater was needed to be fixed. Towels should be changed for long staying.

Booked pretty last minute so many hotel prices escalated out of budget and had to settle for this hotel. Staff are pretty good but the hotel gave a slightly dilapidated feeling. Hallways and carpets looked poorly maintained, small insects (like fruitflies) were in our room kitchennette. The AC was not working and it was blue skies, high humidity 35 degree plus days outside. Our one year old baby suffered and struggled and did not sleep. I think we survived two days out of despearation and had we had the opportunity, we would have left much earlier.

I like Adagio, but the carpets and condition of the kitchen are not good, the kitchen dint work at all. Also, the shower was damaged. So maintenance is really required at this property

Our family stayed there four nights. The room is big and convenient with stove, fridge and microwave. The location is five minutes away from Metro and bus stops. Front desks guys are friendly and helpful. After long international trip, they let us to check in before noon, so that we can take break for different time zones. Thank you! We highly recommend this hotel!!

Gave us a hard time when we asked for toilet paper or extra towels. Keep in mind we stayed a week and opted out to have someone clean our room,( Bc covid) I never said at a place that they gave me a hard time for toilet paper. Would not recommend plus too far away from everything

Easy to access from the Metro or Commercial drivers (taxi or Uber). Kitchenette was outfitted with cooking equipment and plates, etc. great artisan bakery for breads & party 1block away.

My best Paris experience. English speaking friendly staff, comfortable room in a nice neighborhood. Far from most Paris attractions but there isn't any place you can't go from here if you do not mind 2 20-minute subway trips. Neighborhood is upscale and feels safe. Off of a major intercity route, very easy to reach without getting too much into Paris traffic.
