The reception staff was so nice to me.

The reason I was so happy with my stay here was the staff member at the reception desk on floor R. When me and my friend departed in the morning, we were 1 euro short of paying the bus fare, and there were no ATMs anywhere nearby. If we didnt catch that bus, we would've missed our trip home, so I asked the staff member if she could give me 1 euro. Without even asking why, she went to her bag and gave me 1 euro of her own money. That was such a lifesaver for us. This is the sort of kindness that makes me want to go back somewhere, that employee should have her pay raised.

The restaurant was great. Quick service, good food and a fair price for a city. We felt "looked after" which is always important. We had alcohol, main and dessert. The people were kind and welcoming and the atmosphere was customer friendly. The onsite car park was great too. I have a fancy sports car and was touring europe so it was essential I got safe parking. This definitely ticks all the boxes. It's cool and almost underground, private with restricted access and the bays were wide enough to make me feel that my car would not bumped into. There was also a large space for motorbikes - so they can use this facility too. Well done.

I couldn't see the Eiffel Tower. :-( but seriously there was nothing to moan about.

It's very disappointing hotel - not a 3star

Not much. Just the location.

Room was autodated and WiFi was not working properly. Bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep properly. Sains on the walls and carpet. They were doing building work during the day. Breakfast was OK but not worth the price and finished too early at 10 am.
