Amazing parking

The parking is HUGE and very convenient. Thats the only reason i booked. Staff were friendly and helpful. It takes roughly 25-35 minutes to get to central Paris by car.

Rude and Unprofessional Staff, especially a lady named Binita.

Free parking in a city like Paris is the best option. Room view was also great.

The room had a leaking floor, there was no hot water, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. I feel it’s important to mention the receptionist named Binita, of African descent, who was particularly rude and unhelpful. Her behavior showed a complete lack of understanding of customer service and how to treat guests. When I raised the issue about the leaking floor and hot water, she didn’t even acknowledge the complaint. Her response was that she cannot do anything. Her colleague later intervened and helped finding a solution.

Very good place, friendly staff and very good breakfast

We have choosed this Hotel for our first trip in our Honeymoon. Hotel have arranged special welcome packet and design for our room. I want to say that is a big surprise for us and it is a great moment when we entered into our Room😊.

It was not good and I do not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good but very expensive (20$), not good value.

The mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. The rooms have nothing ….. no toiletries at all except body/hand wash which was empty and never filled! Our room was never cleaned because we were in the room when the cleaning crew came and they never came back later. There was a small fridge but no microwave so could not heat leftovers. Even tea/coffee and paper cups were never refilled because room was not cleaned.

Superb

Excellent bathroom and shower, good water pressure. Comfortable large bed. Very quiet, and a great location, close to the train and metro, and right on the river. Also, close to a grocery store and a patisserie. Staff were helpful and were able to communicate in English. A very helpful map was also provided, and having a little refrigerator in the room was nice.

Limited supply of tea and coffee, and paper cups for hot drinks. Proper mugs with handles would be nice, and a larger supply of milk. The air-conditioning was in the entrance, so the room didn't get as cool as I would have liked.

Great stay!

Service was great, extensive and very good breakfast, great room with nice beds and big comfortable bathroom. Staff was lovely. Location was perfect at the Seine and nearby public transport. Free parking facility of the hotel is a huge benefit.

Neighborhood is not the best. Lots of fast food pickup restaurants but little to dine in. No dinner is served in the hotel in the weekends.

The bed was very comfortable. The area felt safe.

I checked out two hours after I checked in...

The bar and restaurant closes at 2.30 pm. on fridays and weekend - no info about this when I booked. I asked if there was any bars/restaurant they recommended for me outside of the hotel. Their answer was "I really would'nt recommend a young lady as you to go out in this area alone, its unsafe" (Im 29. y.o) - good to know...But happy for the person who said it and was honest with me. I checked in 2 pm, I checked out 2 hours later..The staff was not very helpful and they seemed upset about when I told (kindly, with tears in my eyes) that the hotel did not live up to my expectations. No good service or kind vibes at all. The whole environment was off and odd and my impression of the hotel when I went in at first (couldnt even find the entre at first, it was kind of hidden in the fasade of the building) was a bad feeling. It felt more like coming to a hostel considering the welcoming from the staff, the information I received and the "service".

Clean and comfortable stay

the property room was decent in size and comfortable. The block out curtains were a treat. even though the room was facing a busy highway, noise was not an issue

it was so far from the city to walk. It was close to two train stations, I would suggest catching the Metro from Liberté as opposed to the C train as this is a somewhat dodgy area .
