The hotel it was good, but no heating room it was cold and hot water it was cold. I wasn’t happy about this too, and I didn’t take the shower. Regards A Zioui.

Price-wise, can't complain though - location was not good but has good bus connection to central. Problem is cleaness - stained towels and carpet. Room size very small.

The cleaning people walked in while we were sleeping and (out of Ibis's control) the fire alarm went off, but everything we went to the hotel for was good and my friend and i were satisfied :)

Staff were lovely. However, the rooms don’t include a kettle which can be annoying for some. Also, our room at the beginning did not have hot water although a member of staff fixed it straight away

The room was mouldy very small and very poor state. The room will benefit from decor and the size was very poor. Only one charging socket in the room and they checked us in the room that we did not request for. I had to check out before my due day

The rooms have all the charm of a 1960's Soviet swimming pool locker room complex. The toilet flushes with a plunger system I've thought was done away with decades ago. The rooms have cracks, holes, just dingy. It's also poorly located, nowhere near Paris extensive subway system. There is only a bus that connects it to the Metro. It's also a trick Ibis is tryint to play here. They have an Ibis Budget and regular Ibis using the same rooms. The only difference is the reception area you have access to. So whether you stay at Ibis Budget or Ibis Red the rooms are the same - BAD. The staff was nice but they must relize how awful this property is. They deserve to work at a better hotel.

The staff was great and the rooms was very clean. However the room was tiny. It had two twins beds pushed together which left almost no room to even walk around. There was one computer in the reception area but wi-fi did not work. The room did have a view of the Seine.

Ibis was located in an area of Paris I would never want to visit again. The hotel looks run-down and the staff is not particularly friendly.
