We really liked the apartment layout, with the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean, warm, comfy. Would go back next time in Paris.
The bathtub was a bit hard to get in and out of. Maybe put a little step stool beside the tub.

Great room. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is it's about a 15 minute drive from Gare du Nord.

Position. Close to a park.
Dirty, overused, not really an hotel since many people live there long term. Small breakfast room and poor selection of foods. Will not go back.

Very clean with private car park
Rooms are rather small. Car park is very tricky. You need to park somewhere to get the access but finding that temporary parking is challenging.

Location near to trains and restaurants
Bed was not made for our 5 person and no aircon
7.0 / 10.0
Close to underground albeit not very central (1.5 hours walk from centre). Nice to have a balcony overlooking the street with trees though it was not clean. Good sized studio apartment.
Overall maintenance of the complex. Damaged paint, damaged wall, lack of cleanliness in elevator etc. Also the fact there seems people staying permanently or on long lets.

Nice neighbourhood, bakeries and a park nearby, the room was alright; the parking was a huge plus (even our minivan fit)
Our room was a bit small for 4 persons but it wasn’t too bad either; the location is quite far from the main attractions

We liked the location. A quiet traffic free neighbourhood with convenient shops, easy access to public transport and a huge lovely park around the corner. It's an area where real Parisians live.
The apartment was well equipped. We felt right at home. Great value for money.
We couldn't get the TV to work but never bothered to ask for help. Our fault.
The kitchen only had one socket which meant juggling plugs for the kettle, toaster etc.

Well stocked kitchen and two bathrooms meant it was ideal for a family of four. It was clean and there was free Wi-Fi.
The directions provided by booking.com sent us 5 miles away to a different Aparthotel. Apparently, this happens fairly regularly according to the receptionist. Parking is rather limited but it is secure.

The hotel sat in a good neighborhood quiet next to a beautiful park
Lack of air conditioning, plus daily cleaning at extra cost

the terrace was amazing, also the staff and the position of the residence

The location was great for our family. It was very close to several Metro stations, which made getting around Paris easy. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
We happened to be in Paris during a heatwave. The fans in each room helped, but with no air conditioning it was still it was very warm in the room. This was not a fault of the property, just something to be aware of.

This aparthotel was good, based on the room size, the facilities in the room, the location and its comfort. It has a few Metro station around and a nice park nearby.
Everything was good so I do not have anything against this place.

The staff was very friendly at our arrival helping us with indication on the first day when we arrived very early in the morning and the check in was only 3pm, we left the bags with them and went to explore the city.
The balcony of the apartment was very charming and very clean with a nice view (not eiffel tower) and the neighbourhood was very calm and friendly.
Very close you could find supermarket, boulangerie, a nice park and 2 metro stations.
The TV only worked with local channels, without the option to use Netflix or other subscription services.
On the last day, a fire broke out at the ground floor (not sure where as we didn't receive much information just asked to wait outside), and we had to wait more than two hours outside the apartment hotel to enter, as the smell of smoke was very intense and the reception was all wet and dirty.
Additionally, the location mentioned in the description was incorrect; the map indicated it was located behind the Père Lachaise metro station, whereas it was situated between Jourdain and Bolzaris.

The staff were helpful and available when needed to assist
The rooms were hot and while I understand that most places in Europe do not have ACs but when we opened the windows, there were mosquitoes to contend with. There was a fan provided that did not circulate air well. Some parts of the interior showed wear and tear.

Nice layout of the apartment, nice terrace with view to green courtyard. Close to beautiful park, bakeries, shops, metro, cafes…
Nice and smooth underground parking.
Very friendly staff.

Close to a lot of metro stops. Light and clean.
On a blocked to traffic side street so can be difficult to find.
Like a lot of French properties does not have air conditioning.

Good location close to a school. Prefer kids to traffic. Family type of neighborhood with nice shops and restaurants nearby. Good options public transport nearby.
Cramped apartment, not much floor space. Parking on arrival was a hassle until we got the garage remote. No temporary parking for unloading and checking in.

good location
friendly staff
decent size room
NO AC
No air circulation in the room, the staff tried to help with a fan but that wasn't enough for 30 degrees
the whole room was stuffy no air circulation, would never booked if I knew it would be so stuffy and hot inside the building. yes you can open the windows but it will be very noisy and flies coming inside. and no fan inside the washroom
don't recommend it for summer

The staff at the reception was very kind and flexible to assist us in solving one little conondrum. Many thanks to the ladies!
There was actually nothing to complain about, but some free coffee capsules would have been a great thing to start a day.

The windows in the room did not close very well. It was cold at night.

The neighborhood is fantastic with the beautiful Parc Buttes-Chaumont on one side and the lively Rue de Belleville on the other, which is as Parisian as it gets - it‘s lined with small specialty shops and cafés / restaurants; There are a whole number of good food / coffee options in the area (try Mardi for coffee and Soces for sea food). Not very touristy either. We had a room towards a very quiet courtyard, and on the other side it had a quiet pedestrian street as well (it‘s facing a school though). Nice view over the city towards Eiffel tower from nearby Parc de Belleville. City center and Gare du nord/est are easily reachable by Métro. Could imagine living in this area. Staff was very nice. Rooms have recently seen a layer of paint and other renovations. Groceries / good bakeries are around the corner.
It certainly doesn’t feel luxurious. The apartment was on the smaller side, the bed room not much larger than the bed, and they couldn‘t give us the twin room as requested (they said upfront there would be no guarantee, but still - they should make it possible with suitable beds). For two people it should be comfortable, for 3 it felt a bit crammed. Kitchenette could use some utensils.

Location great. Safe neighborhood Kitchenette adequately stocked with cooking utensils and dishware. Market at bottom of street Overall quiet location

Nice, silence, clean, good view
10.0 / 10.0
Being on the top floor and a corner unit the view was good. Important facilities such as the Metro, Groceries store and restaurants are very close. The roads around the apartment is very quiet. The street in front of the Hotel is closed for traffic with children playing all the time. The staff were really extremely helpful and always very kind. It was very good.
I had no problems at all.

Beds were comfortable. Location was within walking distance to Metro. Very clean rooms and shower.
The TV had only one channel which was BBC that kept repeating itself every hour or so. Unable to watch any local TV stations which is kinda of disappointing. The laundry facility has been inoperative for a few months now. Kitchen was equipped except missing an oven. They had a microwave cum oven to use but no instructions on how to operate it as oven.
7.0 / 10.0
The beds were very comfortable and the location was very good: quiet and within a short walk of the metro and shops.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There were some teething problems when we arrived, but they were rectified quickly.
