Great location - travelling just with my daughter, it felt safe and secure. The decor was also charming.

Okay stay, but not planning to go back.

Wifi was good, elevator was tiny but fast. Metro station was close by. Excellent boulangerie located across the street.

The room was dirty. Not sure if the carpets were ever vacuumed since they were dirty from the day we checked in until the day we left. The soap in the shower didn’t get refilled. We booked two adjacent rooms (suite) but the main door to the adjacent rooms was broken. We brought it to the front desks attention but it was never taken care of. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours room.

The room was fresh and newly decorated, and the location was really good and very convenient to the Metro.

Not what we expected, but actually worked out well.

I liked the very friendly staff, the location is fantastic and we really liked the area. The metros were very near by and so easy to use to get around. The rooms we had were obviously recently decorated and were basic but clean (apart from the grim carpet) the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and new. A great base from which to explore all day and return to sleep at night.

We booked and had confirmed a family room as we were with our daughters (14). But when we arrived we were in 2 separate rooms. However they were next to each other and it worked out fine. There is obviously work/renovations being carried out and it will be lovely when it's finished, but the reception area and the stairwell was dark and wasnt very nice, grotty carpet again. I'd made up my mind to find somewhere else to stay asap. But I was pleasantly surprised when we got to our rooms, and the staff were really kind and friendly which was a big part in our desicion to stay.

Do not book this Hotel

Arrived to a building site and the Hotel was nothing like pictured. No air con or electric even in the first room I was given ( due to building works) ... I wasn't informed of building works / air con or electricity... I obviously would have cancelled. Didn't like anything about the Hotel , felt very sorry for the guy on reception having to deal with such chaos

Don’t stay here

Failed to inform us the AC was broken and there was renovations. Smelled like chemicals and our room was 85 degrees. I asked for a fan and when would it be fixed and they could not accommodate either of that. Paid $280 USD and need compensation for this.

Not recommended

The hotel is situated literally right next to construction sites so the noise is unbearable. They start as early as 8 am in the morning even on Saturday!! So It's not possible to sleep after 8 am. And if ur planning to check in the afternoon u better not cause the construction goes on till 4 pm. It's very unprofessional that they didn't mention that and the rooms should be half the price cause it's not possible for the person to relax nor sleep properly in their rooms. You have so many other options as hotels that offer rooms with the same price or even lower. When I spoke with the receptionist in the morning it seemed like he was annoyed by the comment cause he obviously have heard it a hundred times by all the other disappointed guests. The owner of this hotel should personally apologize to each and every guest or do us a favor and close the hotel.Not recommended!

Ants couldn't ruin my vacation, but the hotel should work more to make people's staying better

Neighborhood and location, the shop is close and good transportation to the city center. Friendly workers. Amount of choice of food for breakfast. Towels were changed every day and our room cleaned every day (but cleaned not carefully enough).

In our room were ants! Also we found a bad smelly stain in the corner between a bedside table and a bed (room 118), workers were informed, but it was not cleaned after it and ants were still there. The breakfast was pretty good, but the more days we were there, the worse the sausages looked (as if they were fried several times).

The room and food was nice. The staff were also friendly

There was only one pressing iron available for guests. So when there are multiple requests for a pressing iron, it wouldn't be available because someone has taken it to their room. I suggest that the hotel has an ironing room where anyone who wants to iron can go into, and hence this service is made available to every guest who needs it. Secondly, it will be helpful if the reception makes tourist guests aware of tours that are available and that can be booked from the convenience of the hotel. Not all tourists have pre-packaged plans before arrival into Paris.

I love every minute of my time in Paris

Lovely comfortable bed and room was spacious. Staff at desk were helpful and friendly. Surrounding area is lovely too.

We checked in and got to our room and it wasn’t cleaned or ready, however reception sorted this out and gave us a bigger room. You could hear the lift from our room and it was quite noisy at times going up and down. The shower we had was more of a wet room style, however, at one point the whole bathroom was soaked maybe a better drainage system put in place.

location was good

the room doesn’t look like the picture. it’s much smaller it wasn’t clean but rather dirty dirty curtains, a chewing gum on the shelves, dusty, window to balcony was broken and leaked air and sound room was very outdated, needs urgent renovation the shower head was yellow and dirty (doesn’t seem to have been cleaned ever) etc.

Great location for the price

The location was the best point for the price. The hotel looks a bit dated but staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of shops really close, lovely boulangerie and supermarkets open early and closing late. "Rue des Boulets" underground really close.

Could hear next door clients in the morning but not really a problem as we were going out early as well. But for people who wants to have a late sleep, could be an issue.
