It’s quiet, clean enough and close to nice places like McDonald, bakeries, cafes, restaurant, metro/bus station, cinema and supermarkets all max 10 min away. For a B&B it didn’t have you know the expected thing like a safe or kettle but maybe that would be asking for too much. But the best part was that life saving microwave👍🏽
No safes, no fridge, no kettle, no extra locks on doors, the tv casting don’t work, only 2 channels were in English inc. the news and airconditioning was inconsistent

It’s a hotel with all facilities you need. Small but clean rooms, we got fresh coffee cups and tea bags every day and clean towels when needed. Worth every penny! Quiet rooms, no background noises.
5 minute walk to the metro, within 25-30 minutes you’ll be in the city center.

New, v clean, near metro, the room on 9th floor was nice and quiet
The table in the room was slanting and needed fixing but they didn’t fix it despite my telling them about the issue

Very good and friendly

The bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy.
The fact that we had to leave the car at a private parking facility.

Nice place, clean and comfortable
It’s a bit far from Paris center

The location is relatively nice.
The air circulation in the room was really bad, and there were no amenities in the bathroom. The cleaning staff entered my room when I was still asleep which was quite a shock.

safe area, metro nearby, 24/7 front desk with friendly staff
mold in the shower and we kept telling the staff but they didn't do anything about it, cleaning staff always removed all of our towels so we never used the same towel twice (not eco-friendly), we also had to keep asking for extra towels every day

Bed was really comfortable and good amount of space
Our sink plug got stuck so the sink was blocked the whole time, location is in a bad place, area is quite dodgy and there's a strip of homeless people around the corner, didn't feel safe at night with the creepy men

Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, secure parking for a fee. Good air con. Value for money. Quiet. Handy for the metro at Porte de Lilas.
Not enough towel rails. Extractor in bathroom didn't come on.

About 3 stars hotel in Paris, this hotel is awesome for the affordable price! The receptionist is so nice. It’s comfortable for metro to downtown. It’s in line brown, for us it’s safe area. I love it!!!
Kinda small room but it’s good enough for 3 stars hotel in Paris.

very close to the main purpose, seeing concerts at Le Triton. about 10min by walk? very convenient.
safe enough, I haven't seen any strange behaved person. nice place.
the very first day, just after checked-in to my room, I found several 'hair' on the floor... (I'm bold, so I don't have my hair). this is the only one I felt negative.

Good value for money. Rooms are extremely clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee at the vending machine in the lobby is amazing, we highly recommend it.
Don't opt for breakfast, you can find better offers in the restaurants/boulangeries nearby.

It was ok for 3 nights and for what we had to pay for. Far from central, but good metro connection just 8min walk.
It was not possible to open the window in our room, therefore not enough fresh air/oxygen in the room.

Bus stop in front goes straight into the city. Useful food delivery touchscreen in the lobby.
Staff friendly enough.
Good soundproofed windows... they were needed!
WiFi good.
Small rooms with small beds and thin mattresses.
Aircon is set to fixed temperature and we were disturbed by a technician at 9am.
Thin walls, could feel the vibrations with the neighbours every move.
Right next to a major highway with loud traffic until early morning.

The premise is friendly and clean. Even though our room was facing the motorway, it was the quietest room with two double glasses window.
Price was a bit high.

Location was really good. Even though it is a bit out of the central area, it is close to a subway station and very well connected to main spots in the city or other metro lines. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very comfy beds, clean room, friendly staff.. no complaints at all.

The room was comfortable. The shower had a great pressure. The location was good, close to grocery stores and the metro, within 30 min away from city centre. The TV has a chromecast so you can watch anything from your phone. It’s a little difficult to configure, as it doesn’t work on the hotel wifi so you have to connect on your phone internet.
The room was too hot and the thermostat wasn’t working. We had to open the window but it’s a loud street. We had the “do not disturb” plaque hanging on the door but they entered anyway and didn’t replaced our towels, so we had to go to the reception to get a new pair.

The staff were lovely, as I checked in quite late, after 10.30pm
The breakfast was outstanding.
The hotel spotless, and I was able to leave my bag after checking out for a few hours, save me carrying around with me.
I was warm in my room, but should have asked how to turn it down, but as I checked in late, didn't think to ask.
