Comfortable and well located, 10/10

The room was lovely! Both, the bed and badroom were super comfortable and even had a private little terrace (we didn't use it much due to the cold weather, but would have been great in summer). On top of that, our host Maxime was very kind and hospitable. I would happily return :)

The only thing I would have added is a shower head support on the wall. The room had a very comfy bathtub, but for quick showers would have been a bit more comfortable to be able to hold the shower head a little higher.

What a wonderful place!

What a wonderful place! Maxime, the host, is such a kind and helpful person – very warm and welcoming. He prepares breakfast himself, which is quite rare nowadays. The house is beautiful, with lovely details and a great overall atmosphere. It is located very close to the metro station, in a calm and safe area. I truly hope to come back!

Cheap and good for what we needed.

The host was able to answer my call quickly when we couldn't find the location. The manager of the building was great and informative. It was good to be able to find a space that was made for 3 people.

Cleanliness was low especially in the bathroom where there was mould and the toilet was not clean. It was difficult to find and without much instruction beforehand on how/what to do once you arrived at the property.

Fantastique

Very nice dependance in the middle of Paris, nearby the metro, some fine restaurants and a couple of Supermarkets. Maxime was very nice and always tried to make us feel welcome! Breakfast was good, especially the Oeuf a La Coche.

Gem behind a gated alleyway, hidden away from the Main Street. Good access to the Marais!

Breakfast was lovely, held in a separate breakfast room: Presented on a tray a fresh Demi baguette and fresh croissants with different jams and choice of cheeses, complimentary soft boiled egg and as much coffee as one liked! Got to know 2 couples from Germany and the Tschech Republic resp. and had great breakfast conversation.

It was a bit challenging to find the location as the alley leading to the property is behind a gated entrance way which Google Maps did not indicate as such. But after passing it twice and slowing down, I found the intercom and entrance and was greeted by the very pleasant owner who was extremely accommodating .

Nice, quiet location. Very close to a metro station. There is also a small mini market and a very nice bakery nearby. The owner is very friendly and polite.

Breakfast was very plain. The room was too small and it needed maintenance.

Lovely, cosy and green place in center of Paris

Location was perfect, close to the center by bike and close to metro station. House was very nice, quiet location, great decoration and nice terrace. Breakfast was fine. Perhaps a little more bread if possible for men as they are more hungry. Super nice and friendly host.

Roof terrace is superb but perhaps nice if you could put a garden chair and table on this roof terrace to relax.

We loved the breakfast prepared by the host. Walking distance from a metro station. Fairly quiet area.

In the small walkway from the gate to the main door we would have liked to have more light at night.

The fist night was a bit chilly (seems like the heating was off for quite a long time before), but next day Al was great.

It was easy to go to Paris centre, because hotel is close to metro station. Staff are nice and it includes breakfast. Room size and furniture are also ok.

nice but was I scammed or attempted to be scammed?

cute and cramped

owner handed me an 800€ bill as I left. even though I prepaid $800 to you. I had no cash and he said he credit card machine didn’t work and “forgave” the bill. was this a scam to get me to pay twice? did he just forget? who knows…it’s always something with internet hotels

Would have liked the one slice of fresh cheese instead of the usual standardised small packages one also finds in hotels Coffee should be made fresh and not come out of a cartridge automat It took me one not very warm night to understand how the heating could be modified ; a clear explanation on paper might help A bathtub in the room is a superfluous, and slightly unpractical, luxury; I prefer a standing shower cubicle Service was not always in understandable French or English

Es war perfekt für uns.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett. Es war sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Dennoch schnell in der Metro. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Ein sehr leckeres Frühstück gab es auch.
