Food was nice. Staffs were cordial. I think their housekeeping is on top of cleanliness.

There was no hot water on the first day. They fixed it. The hot water was not very hot it was just warm. Not sure if that’s their water temperature standard.

Clean hotel with great staff, close to metro line 11

New, clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and professional. Breakfast is delicious, just enough to start the day. Room is refreshed daily. Metro line 11 is a few steps away, easy to get to the city.

Some designs choices in the room are not the best for example the hangers in the bathroom and the lack of bedside table. Our room had a door that can be opened to the next one (it was closed). I think these rooms should be kept for big groups/families because personally I didn’t like that we had to share a door with the next room, the soundproof is not the best like this.

The beds and mattresses were excellent, and there was a metro station right at the hotel’s doorstep.

We had reserved a suite of 30 m² with living rooms en separate bedroom according to the description, but instead we were given a standard four-person room of about 20 m². The bathroom and toilet were very small, and the room itself felt cramped. When we asked for the room we had originally booked, we were told that only four rooms matched that description and that none were available at the time. Moreover, the neighborhood and location of the hotel were not pleasant and did not feel safe. Fortunately, it was only a short walk to the metro.

A warm, welcoming stay with great service, comfort, and convenience.

really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the start. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony, and had everything I needed. Even though the room faced the main road, it was quiet, and the metro station is just across the street. When we checked in, there was no soap at the sink, but when we returned later, it had already been provided—even though I hadn’t mentioned it. This small gesture really showed the care and attention given to guests. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.

In this hotel I won’t stay any more.

I just like the staff because after all problems I had there, just the guy at night really try to help me.

The first impression it was really bad. I received the room with a disgusting smell. I asked to change the room and they give me with twins bed. I stayed two nights in Paris with my girlfriend and the first one was in a twins bed. The bin in my room wasn’t change all period that I stayed there.

When in Paris...

The first meet: Oliver "Ice Man" - This guy truly works as a wingman from Top Gun. He'll always go at length to provide at any time of the day or night. Especially a bucket of ice to cool your beverages. The team: Nechat, Aline, Lenie with others, made us feel at home every day. They refrigerated our necessary food for our child, they made amazing moctails and gave us great food from the kitchen. What a great and beautiful crew. The GM: Manuela has full control, happy to talk and silently runs this place awesomely. The last goodbye: Luidgi "GG" - With a contagious smile and caring service, this man always makes you feel comfortable. He'll multitask without you even noticing. Forget Super Mario, this is your main guy.

Spotless, nice sized room, (junior suite) comfortable beds, creative interior.

The bathroom needs more towel hangers, even better a towel dryer to prevent changing them daily as they stay moist.

Very comfortable hotel with nice extra touches to make the stay a treat.

Room was very comfortable and well laid out. There were really nice extra touches like fancy tea and carefully selected treats. Clever design with movable storage tables and hooks. Shower room was small but again very well designed. Breakfast was simple but very good quality. Excellent scrambled eggs. While coffee was from a machine it was still excellent coffee. The breakfast room is nice and comfortable. The restaurant/ bar served pizzas - not the cheapest but very tasty.

In terms of location it is not central however the underground is very close and it takes about 25-30 minutes to get to most places that you would want to see as a visitor. The area is fairly ordinary however even still there was some good local cafes and bars to eat at.

Perfect accommodation and perfect location for a long weekend in Paris.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and kept so throughout our stay. The hotels location was great with the metro just across the street and bus links outside the main entrance.

There was a little noise from the Main Street at night from our room facing the road.

Staff were really helpful from the start. The room was clean and freshened up everyday. The location is a little out of the city but the metro station is so close it wasn’t an issue at all.

The breakfast is very expensive for what they provide. 15 euro for a croissant and glass of juice. Really bad. We get amazing breakfast and lunch for that price. It’s hard to find parking if you are driving.

Perfect hotel for city-tripping solo, with friends or as a couple through Paris!

Rooms were small but cozy, rooms were super quiet, and have ACs. The area is close to restaurants & grocery store & the hotel is also a pizzeria which serves incredibly tasty dishes. The staff was very friendly and was happy to talk English.

The breakfast had limited options, fruit except for bananas wasn’t fresh. There was no mini-fridge in the room.
