On a budget this room is great.

The hotel is between 2 metro stations making it very easy to get around fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily. I found the bed very comfortable. I was told before my trip that getting hot water may be a problem but, I had plenty of warm water.

I had a single room but there were 2 twin beds in the room making the room feel a bit cramped. One bed would have been better. I would have also liked a place to put my clothes, a dresser instead of the second bed would have made the room perfect.

Wasn’t the one that I expected, and am a bit disappointed.

Near to the metro, bur in Paris everywhere is near the metro.

Lack of English and also they consisted to pay in cash for the “Extra fees”! Also the cleanness is tolerable, and no more.

Perfect for my needs. Yes the rooms are quite basic and small, but the price more than reflects this, perfect for people who want to be out and about and just use the room for sleeping. The rooms are clean and the late checkout is a nice plus!

I stayed here for two nonconsecutive nights and thus had two different rooms. The second room's main light didn't work, but I powered through.

For the price we paid it was very good value. Breakfast fir 12 € was excellent . Excellent shower and clean room is all you need. It's a long way from the centre on foot but amazing metro 2 mins away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Buzzing little area.

Welcoming staff, good communication both before and after arrival. Comfortable bed, clean, everything worked. I had an opening window, and a shutter to keep the room cool on hot days.

The staff, breakfast, neighborhood, and value were excellent. It wasn't ideal, but overall the Pros far outweighed the Cons,. We'd definitely consider the Lilas again.

We'd booked many weeks in advance and requested a quiet room, but ours faced a semi-noisy street. (the hotel's backside was much quieter.) The room itself was barely wide enough to walk around the beds, but we didn't come to Paris to linger in a hotel room!

Walk away from metro station. Just use the tram/train/bus to the tourist areas. Close to restaurants & stores. Rooms was small but typical for European room hotels I noticed. I suggested it my friends coming to Paris this year.
