Almost everything. We had a very poor experience at this property and feel compelled to share our feedback so others are aware. The room we were given was much smaller than advertised and completely lacked air conditioning — a serious issue during hot weather( almost 31 when we were there) in Paris. When we asked the reception for help, they said a technician wouldn’t be available for a week and simply advised us to open the windows, which is not safe with two young children. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The bathroom was unhygienic and clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. Furthermore, the location felt unsafe and far from what was suggested online. We requested a change of location immediately upon arrival, but were told it was not possible. Er even asked to pay extra to get another room within another branch of B&B in Paris but the receptionist told us each and every B&B is run by different owner so it was not possible. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing and we do not recommend this property to anyone. I suggest paying extra to get the insurance so you can cancel. I will make sure to share my experience on Google reviews too.

Parking elevator was not working and the parking spots were at -5. One of the two elevators was not working either, going up and down is a hustle. Vending machine not working too.

パリに位置していると思うと価格は悪くない。最低限のものは揃っている。 すぐ近く、2･3件隣にスーパーがあるので最低限の買い物はできる。部屋自体は可もなく不可もない感じだった。

朝食がパンとチーズとヨーグルトくらいしかなかった。ロケーションが悪い。夜は歩くのを控えたほうがいい。ホテルのすぐ外はゴミが散乱していて汚い。夜間も騒がしい。すぐ横にハンバーガー屋はあるが、それ以外で特筆するようなレストランなどもなさそう。地下鉄の駅は10分くらい歩けばあるが治安等を考えるとタクシーが必要だと思う。

De bedden zijn goed en de kamer is schoon en netjes.

De ligging, ongure buurt, waar je je echt niet veilig op straat voelt. Gelukkig zat de parkeer garage onder het hotel en hoef je als je met de auto gaat de straat niet op.

Das Hotel liegt ca..500m von der Metro.

Die Gegend ist etwas unheimlich. Man wird oft von Typen angesprochen. Das Zimmer,was wir hatten,hatte keine Heizung. Es war ziemlich kalt im November. Für zwei Personen etwas klein.Man hat keine Möglichkeit die Klamoten unterzubringen.

La propreté de l’établissement n’est au niveau notamment dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Il y a également la vétusté de certains équipements comme l’ascenseur menant au parking qui dissuaderait certains de l’emprunter. En outre, la première matinee il nous a été servi du pain qui pourrait être périmé (présence de taches vertes à l’intérieur). Plusieurs clients se sont fait changer leurs portions…

le parking est extrêmement glauque, au - 5 on se demande si on ne va pas avoir de problème et ressortir vivant ! le bruit dans la chambre est vraiment excessif on croirait dormir la fenêtre ouverte tellement on entends le bruit extérieur l'environnement de cet hôtel est vraiment déplorable

Badezimmer Geruch war sehr stark. Die Gegend ist nicht so optimal da muss man schon sehr aufpassen.

Alles ging fout. Er waren vlekken op de bed, de dubbelbed trap was kapot. Er was geen enkele hygiene. De receptie wou ook niet meewerken.

Le manque de propreté dans l ensemble de l'hôtel, dans la chambre (poils trouvés dn la SDB qui était censée être propre), bcp de moisissures, toiles d'araignées et poussière, la réceptionniste pas aimable, la sécurité qui va chercher les gens dans les étages au moment du check out....du jamais vu.

Район напомнил гетто, много наркоматов , попрошаек, мне как девушке было страшно там, до метро шла бегом, хорошо что до него идти минут 7. В номере в отеле в ванной комнате была плесень, номер не большой, чисто переночевать. Соседи были у нас семья с детьми, когда просыпались дети, просыпались и мы, они были громкие, а слышимость хорошая. Нет фена, нет утюга, нет холодильника в номере. Так что этот вариант, если приехали туда на машине и бегом переночевать. Завтрак нормальный, кофе, омлет, бекон, круассаны, булочки сок.
