easyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers

Location near to the metro station (12). The room was sparkling clean.

No kettle, and complimentary snacks/water. No wardrobe.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, both in relation to Charles de Gaul airport - its location meant avoiding the heavy traffic in and out of the city centre - and it was right next to a metro station that could take you straight to the city centre within 25/30 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, it had all the essentials, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the wifi worked well. The breakfast was very good and varied for the price. The best thing, though, was the staff, that made a pleasant stay exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and they were fantastic!

I liked everything about it! It really was not just value for money but the staff were all so wonderful!

the rooms are small and basic. the hotel was a bit far out of paris but for us it was fine as just needed a night before flying. it was super expensive but i think its because there was fashion week or something that weekend that made it so.

Clean and economical, new building. Basic room, but clean and new. Metro stop directly out front and only 15 mins to the Seine or Gare du Nord. Excellent value for the money.

Smaller room by North American standards, but good for a couple nights or longer. Will stay here again.

Room facilities very basic, have to ask at reception for hair dryer. No glasses by water fountain. Breakfast finishes at 9.30, which is very early.

I was satisfied from the first moment during the reservation procedure, but upon arrival this image was totally "crashed" as I had booked a Superior Room with the specific photo in my reservation, but the reception has offered me a regular room at a lower floor. After my immediate complaints, I presented to the reception clerk the printout of my reservation, and the finally changed me to the right room, where a second surprise waited for me there: from the 3 windows, only the 2 were operational, the 3rd being totally locked. But the big surprise was that during the reservation and during the check in procedure they have not informed me about the cleaning policy (they clean the room once for 4 nights booking) and I had all the days of our stay the disposal baskets full of trash, that I was instructed by the clerk to empty them, myself, to the big trash basket at the corridor. The next day they gave me this information about cleaning policy and that if I would like to have everyday room cleaning, I must pay 10 eur per day. My problem is not the hotel policy but the fact that neither Booking.com nor easyHotel sites had any prior notice on that; I would never have chosen this easyHotel if I knew prior to reservation. Not to mention that for three continuous days I was asking for an extra pillow that never came! As for the toilette paper, I was led to the warehouse to get some myself. Having to undertake all this situation I was obliged every day to be in negotiations with the reception which promised me every morning that everything will be arranged, but in vain. I would like to repeat again and again that the problem was the hotel’s ignorance about the correct and complete client information, before reservation. I was only for 4 nights in Paris for my participation as a volunteer in the OLYMPIC 2024 (for this reason I have chosen the location near to the Olympic 2024 Headquarters, and I had to solve day by day all these problems.

The hotel area is pretty safe because it is a new area at that zone. The metro entrance just across the raod for 20 meters. There are many students and residents as commuters everyday. The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. The shower room is in a small size and you have to borrow the hair dryer from the checkin desk.

Location - so easy to get into the centre. price,simplicity. Shower. English channels om TV. Free Wi-Fi. Very secure and safe car park. Clearly new.

The bed was too close to the window-- you had to shuffle along to get into bed. NO cupboard space- not even for smalls. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No bar in the hotel at all.. No food other tgan breakfast.. No electrical socket by a mirror to do hair and make-up. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom.. No desk. Couldn't have a private zoom meeting in your room so not very business friendly but for tourists great location. When we arrived early the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful but were much more welcoming thereafter. Bedroom door banging was a constant problem and we could hear next door through the walls at night. I stay in a lot of premier inns and they seem much more soundproofed and you never hear doors slamming or people talking either in their rooms or outside.

+ Clean + Modern + Separate bathroom vs. Separate Toiletroom vs. Separate Showerroom. Very convenient with a group of friends so 3 people can use these rooms at the same time. Tramsstop is at 500m of the hotel (exit and walk to the right) where you can buy the tickets and hop on.

- May be a bit far from the centre but a two day unlimited transport ticket cost us about €4.50 per person so it was a good deal! And you see more of the whole city this way. - parking garage of 3 levels under the hotel costs €12,50 per day. Not too expensive, not cheap either, seems fair.

Very small rooms no space to store the clothes and even no space for luggage there is bad smell in the bathroom when some one close the door of another room the bed shakes also no phone no fridge no extra pillow no soap only shower gel available it could be ok for 1 night not for long stay

Close to public transport. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great parking facilities.

The flush took too long a time to refill, which was inconvenient.

The hotel was in front of the M12 which was nice and easy. It was also next to a Boulangerie with amazing pastries and best croissant I had in my short stay.

The room was a small cubicle and so was the shower. The only basic toiletries available were a soap for hand, hair and body. No hair dryer no toothpaste, no conditioner and no room service. Definitely uncomfortable for two people. The room was too small for the double bed.

I work nearby so personally the location is great plus the metro station is literally in front of their door so getting around the city isn’t complicated. I only stayed for a night so I can’t comment a lot but the bed is clean (which is important for me) and having youtube directly on the tv is another plus point

I’d give another plus point if they put a perfume in the bathroom area because the water pipe thing below the sink smells strong but it’s probably just my overly sensitive nose so … overall nothing

very close to stade de france. convenient for stays if you are attending an event at the stade de france. the neighbourhood is not the best in Paris of course, but there is a metro station just in front of the hotel, which takes you to the city center in 25 minutes. the rooms are new and clean but there is not much to report on. ideal for short stays, especially if you want to be close to the stade de france.
