Fantastic price

Stayed at this property at Christmas for a week on a last min booking family of one adult three teens . We felt safe but kept our belongings close when out, exactly as in images and clean. Heating working great and WiFi no problem . Staff was happy to assist with anything Clean towels daily and room cleaned beds changed when wanted for us . Located on a busy street but that didn’t bother us, takeaways metro , shops ,McDonald ,laundrette and mini shops on the same street . Lidl 20 min walk down the road . For a cheap base room it was fantastic for us as we was out everyday until late and nothing I could complain about . Other than it was a bit out location wise for everything we booked central Paris but the metro was cheap and great to use in the app . No hairdryer in room but we took our own We would definitely stay again .

Would have been great to have a kettle in the room But no problem we bought one for 5€ in the shop on same side of street and give it to reception on leave to hand to another customer to use when we left .

Nothing... had to find another hotel.

Despite claiming and confirming it was a wheelchair accessible hotel, it is not accessible and one of our guests had to crawl on the floor to get to the room

Clean and friendly staff

No ac when I booked there cos of air conditioning and to top it off the curtains are so thin that the lights in the street lights up all the room. Therefore it was a sleepless night !

Les escaliers sont minables, un couple c’est battu dans la chambre à côté, ça hurlait jusqu’à 3h du matin c’était infernal! Le personnel n’a rien fait !!

La recámara es muy limpia y bonita, fuimos tres personas y la verdad todo estuvo muy bien. Quisimos guiarnos por nuestra propia experiencia a pesar de las opiniones que vimos y la verdad que todo estuvo 10/10. Es una bonita opción y el transporte queda súper cerca.

Bien placé.

Je n’ai jamais aussi mal dormi. Pourtant, j’ai déjà fait plusieurs F1. Zéro isolation, j’aurais pu dormir dans l’accueil, ça aurait été pareil. Il y avait des trous au plafond, de nombreux carreaux manquaient dans la douche, la télécommande était complètement rafistolée avec du scotch… Et je le répète, impossible de dormir, ce qui est quand même ironique pour un hôtel.

Nous avons eu une chambre coller a la réception… sans verrou a l’intérieur, on se sentais pas en sécurité la nuit, des toc toc a 4h du matin, des gens qui parlent fort toute la nuit, une alarme, des engueulades… Nous avons rien dormi. 1 personne sur 4 du personnel a été aimable avec nous. La dame de ménage qui est une femme incroyable

La chambre qui est TELLEMENT dans un mauvais état, la douche délabré, un trou BÉANT dans le plafond de la salle de bain, les meubles CASSÉS, TROUÉ et BRÛLER, les oreillers PAS CONFORTABLES DU TOUT et sans parler du personnel de l’accueil !!!! J’ai payé 84€ pour une prestation aussi minable.

Habitación y baño limpio. Para pasar noche está bien. Cerca de la parada de metro y a 30' andando del Stade de France, pero lejos del centro de la ciudad.

El aire acondicionado no funciona. Para mi parecer, no es un hotel. Simplemente es un sitio donde te dejan una habitación para dormir. Muy caro, como todo Paris 😅
