Value for money given the location and business of the weekend we travelled.

Breakfast was limited and they could not keep up with the large number of guests. Limited options available for breakfast. But with most of the options empty/run out, very limited options were available. Croissants were totally raw, with cold uncooked dough in the centre.

Well-connected and comfortable stay with a few downsides like poor Wi-Fi and limited airport

The location of Break and Home Campus Hotel isn’t central, but it’s conveniently situated right next to a metro station. It takes about 20 minutes (around 12 stops) to reach the Louvre and other main attractions in the city center. Additionally, Montmartre — another must-see destination — is only about 4 stops away, making the hotel a practical and well-connected base for exploring Paris. The beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent, and the kitchenette—though simple—is more than adequate for basic cooking needs.

Getting to and from the airport typically requires a taxi, Uber, or Bolt unless you’re traveling light. Public transport involves several connections, which can be inconvenient—especially with luggage. Also, driving in Paris can be a bit stressful due to the traffic and local driving style, so this part of the journey is less enjoyable. The Wi-Fi at the hotel is a major downside. It’s very slow when it does work, and often barely functions at all.

Big decent apartment and some issues on arrival

The apartment itself is very big, comfortable and has an excellent location. Breakfast is good and if you are a visiting researcher - the hotel is right next to the campus. Some of the staff members were very helpful, others - not so much (see below).

There were some question marks: to begin with, the hotel itself does not have parking which is okay, but the staff had no idea where to point us in order to find one. It was discombobulating how uninformed about the area they were. Second, we have requested a baby bed in advance (two times) and our request was supposedly granted. Per arrival, no baby bed was located in the room. The person who worked at reception alone (9 floors of guests) managed to find some time and bring one an hour later. Third: the sink was very dirty per arrival and the apartment also looked like it was not thoroughly cleaned. Finally, the shower curtain did not really stop the water from leaking all over the bathroom floor.

A Comfortable Place in Paris

That it was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood near the Metro and supermarket.

The shower curtain just half covered the bathroom so when we take a shower, the water goes all the way to the toilet area.

It had very good location. Metro was very close and it had super market and bulangery across the street. The rooms were clean and with good spaces. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Fine if you are looking for very cheap accomodation for a short stay in this specific part of Paris

We wanted a cheap room with a kitchenette close to Campus Condorcet. These expectations were all met. The prices are very low indeed, the staff is friendly, and the room had all the things we needed for a short stay.

The room is very basic and not everything works as it should. The sink in the bathroom was stuck (and this has not been repaired during our stay though we notified the staff immediately). The light in the kitchen did not work, and the sliding door to the wardrobe were broken so that we could not open them. The kitchen equipment is minimal, some additions (such as a kettle to boil water) would have made its use much more comfortable. It is difficult to locate the building entrance and enter for the first time, as the building is locked and you need a card to enter. The view from the window is not very nice. Pretty much what one could expect for this price.

Pratique et convenable

L’accueil était très bien et la chambre était propre avec plusieurs serviettes. La localisation était parfaite : collée à Condorcet Colloques et à moins de 2 minutes a pied de la Maison de l'autisme et de la sortie de Métro Front Populaire. Le service dépose bagage était pratique.

Le Wi-Fi était souvent faible. Certains équipement mériteraient d’être changés : le canapé du salon (inconfortable et le coté cassé, le jet du lavabo de la salle de bain éclaboussait partout et l'évier de la kitchenette étai taché +++).

Excellente situation, accueil, confort et propreté parfaits.

Notre studio était tout neuf, spacieux, bien équipé et impeccable ; celui de notre fils n’ayant pas encore été rénové était moins accueillant et avec une odeur désagréable. L’accès est facile avec les directions précises fournies immédiatement sur demande. L’accueil est très professionnel, aimable et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité, à volonté ; servi de 7h à 10h, il permet une souplesse d’organisation bienvenue. Donc une excellente expérience, que nous espérons pouvoir revivre ! Merci beaucoup à tous !

Souhaitons que tous les studios soient vite rénovés sur le modèle du nôtre (908!).

Un hotel correct mais un accueil innadmissible.

Logement convenable et rapport qualité prix ok. Mais l'accueil est déplorable.

L’agent d’accueil a refusé de me laisser accéder au logement parce que toutes les personnes devant séjourner dans l’établissement n’étaient pas encore arrivées (réservation pour 4 personnes, dont 3 absentes au moment du check-in). J’ai présenté les pièces d’identité de mes collègues en PDF ainsi que la mienne en version physique, mais cela n’a pas suffi. J’ai donc dû attendre 2 heures que mes collègues arrivent. Une fois tous présents, nous avons présenté nos pièces d’identité, mais l’agent a de nouveau refusé l’accès au logement, arguant que tous les noms n’étaient pas indiqués sur Booking. En effet, lors d’une réservation sur cette plateforme, il n’est possible de renseigner qu’un seul nom. Nous avons appelé Booking, qui n’a pas compris la demande de l’agent et nous a envoyé un email. Nous y avons répondu en ajoutant les 3 noms exigés. Finalement, après 2h30 d’attente, nous avons pu accéder au logement, malgré une réservation payée à l’avance pour 4 personnes et la présentation de nos pièces d’identité. Pendant ces 2h30, nous n’avons constaté aucun sens commercial, aucune explication à mes questions, uniquement un interlocuteur qui bloquait délibérément l’accès. Nous avons ressenti du racisme de la part de cet agent, qui a agi de manière totalement déplacée, avec un certain plaisir à nous empêcher d’entrer, malgré notre réservation payée. Nous venons de pays de l’Est, ce qui ne lui a visiblement pas plu. C’est la première fois que nous subissons une telle attitude en France. L’agent en question est un homme de type méditerranéen, en poste le 15 octobre 2025 en fin de journée. Nous avions bien présenté nos cartes d’identité. Donc j’entends qu’en France, on présente son ID pour obtenir les clés… mais alors, pourquoi continuer à refuser ? Nous poussant à contacter le service client Booking pour enfin accéder au logement ? L'attitude de votre collaborateur qui nous prends de haut et nous bloque sans chercher à nous aider n'est pas une invention ...

Der Wasserdruck im Bad ist schwach - selbst im ersten Stock. Man muss den Müll als Hotelgast selbst in die Mülltonnen entsorgen… eine große Premiere! ! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sicher sein PKW in der Nähe zu parken. Das Viertel ist nicht sehr sicher…
