Value for money given the location and business of the weekend we travelled.
Breakfast was limited and they could not keep up with the large number of guests. Limited options available for breakfast. But with most of the options empty/run out, very limited options were available. Croissants were totally raw, with cold uncooked dough in the centre.

Well-connected and comfortable stay with a few downsides like poor Wi-Fi and limited airport
The location of Break and Home Campus Hotel isn’t central, but it’s conveniently situated right next to a metro station. It takes about 20 minutes (around 12 stops) to reach the Louvre and other main attractions in the city center. Additionally, Montmartre — another must-see destination — is only about 4 stops away, making the hotel a practical and well-connected base for exploring Paris. The beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent, and the kitchenette—though simple—is more than adequate for basic cooking needs.
Getting to and from the airport typically requires a taxi, Uber, or Bolt unless you’re traveling light. Public transport involves several connections, which can be inconvenient—especially with luggage. Also, driving in Paris can be a bit stressful due to the traffic and local driving style, so this part of the journey is less enjoyable. The Wi-Fi at the hotel is a major downside. It’s very slow when it does work, and often barely functions at all.

Big decent apartment and some issues on arrival
The apartment itself is very big, comfortable and has an excellent location. Breakfast is good and if you are a visiting researcher - the hotel is right next to the campus. Some of the staff members were very helpful, others - not so much (see below).
There were some question marks: to begin with, the hotel itself does not have parking which is okay, but the staff had no idea where to point us in order to find one. It was discombobulating how uninformed about the area they were. Second, we have requested a baby bed in advance (two times) and our request was supposedly granted. Per arrival, no baby bed was located in the room. The person who worked at reception alone (9 floors of guests) managed to find some time and bring one an hour later. Third: the sink was very dirty per arrival and the apartment also looked like it was not thoroughly cleaned. Finally, the shower curtain did not really stop the water from leaking all over the bathroom floor.

A Comfortable Place in Paris
That it was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood near the Metro and supermarket.
The shower curtain just half covered the bathroom so when we take a shower, the water goes all the way to the toilet area.

Just above the metro station, 24 hours reception, secured space.
Kitchen could have some more utensils. Lift access using card is tricky. It was very difficult to operate.

Perfect for the amount that was given and perfect location.
It had very good location. Metro was very close and it had super market and bulangery across the street. The rooms were clean and with good spaces. The staff were very polite and helpful.
