It is very worst experience for wheelchair person family. Never ever visit this hotel again.

Nothing to like. It is worst hotel to stay. Please stay away from this hotel. It is like mansion.

Everything. It is very poor . Not as per specification mentioned in Bookings .com. they have told it is wheelchair friendly room. But reality it is not , so we have to keep wheelchair outside and carry person physically into room. It is very hot inside room and nothing is offered to cool :-( Worst behaviour of hotel front desk. Useless booking.com also , no one is ready to answer your query except deduct money from you. the booking.com phone number connected are robots :-( which keep saying what it is trained for and no use of connecting.

Hotel's manageress Florence was very friendly and helpful. Also offered a cup of tea at the time of checking out, which was a lovely surprise.

Très bon accueil. Pour éviter le désagrément de la canicule, une autre chambre (plus grande) m'a été attribuée à l'initiative de la personne qui gérait l'accueil. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Calme (la chambre donnait côté rue)

Nada, la entrada siempre estaba cerrada, había que esperar a la señora que estaba durmiendo y salía de mal humor a abrir la puerta. El calor es horrible no hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador el secador de cabello no servía. Pésimo!

Accueil chaleureux et personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Petit hôtel bien placé pour aller au stade de France (35 min à pied) et proche du metro. Chambre bien insonorisée et très propre. Petit déjeuner simple mais copieux. Il n'y a pas la clim, détail que je n'ai pas pensé à vérifier mais elle fourni un ventilateur.

Séjour vraiment nul, mise à part l’emplacement à revoir.

L’emplacement

Le ménage, le papier toilette manquant dans la salle de bain, les serviettes non changées. Nous sommes restées dehors car personne à l’accueil et porte fermée. Quand on sort le soir en rentrant faut sonner et frapper plusieurs fois avant qu’on vienne t’ouvrir. Le manque d’ascenseur avec les valises c’est une vraie galère.

Un accueil exceptionnel de la gérante !!! Elle est au petit soin , pour vous rendre un séjour agréable ,,, Surprise du matin : petit café servis en chambre avec des pâtisseries maison !! Une délicate et merveilleuse attention ! Je recommande vivement !
