Very convenient location that’s why we chose it. But not a space to spend any relaxing time

Proximity to the stadium

Little to zero service. No towels, had to ask. Were told they’re on the table - nothing there. Turns out “on the table in the office”. We requested a confirmed 2 single beds as we were 2 male friends travelling. Beds were not provided we questioned the double bed in arrival - no comment received. Never saw our host again.

Shared but secure apartment for short stays.

The host was friendly and the place was clean. I think I made a mistake when booking because I didn't understand it was a shared apartment with another guest and the host. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. I was entitled to one room. The awkward thing was that we shared the bathroom with the person staying in the other room and the host. It was a new experience. I stayed with my husband, but we felt safe and were able to leave our luggage without any problems. The train station is 8 minutes away and the bus is 4 minutes away, the Eiffel Tower is approximately 40 minutes away by train, and CDG Airport is 45 minutes away. Don't forget you need to bring your own towel.

The only thing that was not good and has nothing to do with the property as such is when I had the window open to sleep I had moskitos in the room so I had to close the window ad get rid of them as I get stiched by them

Best (and super convenient) accomodation to Stade De France

Even if we had some issues at the start (the owner changed the dates of my reservation, without my permission or letting me know it), everything was settled for the best in short time and I got back my initial reservation, Booking helped me on this matter. The house is very comfortable and clean, it has 2 bedroom for 4 guests total (2 guests per room). We were there for a concert and the other guests were there for the same reason so we didn't bother each other and everything went perfectly fine. The room fee is SO cheap that it's worth everything. 10 min walk to the Stade De France, (also the rer station) 20 min from the centre and the whole neighbour is very calm and residential. The owner speaks english in person and was very kind, the whole staying was very pleasant, I would like to come back if I'll have the chance in the future for sure.

It’s the first place I’d think of staying at again if I ever had to come to Paris, but I hope not to visit the city agai

The property was nice, it had almost everything you need. The staff were nice. Flatmate was calm and we almost never felt his presence! We communicated in English and Arabic 🥰

The walls are super thin so we felt uncomfortable because we had to watch out of any little noise we would make. Everyone can hear what’s going on in the bathroom 😄. The TV only has French channels. There will be someone living with you in the same apartment because it’s a sharing flat! I noticed too late because I don’t understand French (but your bedroom can be locked so it felt safe still). You have to check in between 6-7pm or else you would miss the guy (if you’re late you can text the guy and they’ll give you a video call and welcome you to the house). Oh and they don’t speak Spanish!

super séjour, nous reviendrons

Super accueil, appartement très confortable et très propre et cuisine bien équipée. Très bien situé (10 mn du RER B), magasins et boulangerie à proximité, stade de France à moins de 15 mn. Youssef et sa femme sont vraiment très sympas. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pendant que nous étions partis visiter la basilique St Denis (très intéressante) située à 30mn à pied de l'appartement.

Proche de la gare RER B, logement très propre, tout comme l’immeuble qui est sécurisé (ascenseur et code d’accès). L’endroit est très calme. L’accueil a été parfait : Youcef a eu la gentillesse de m’attendre jusqu’à minuit suite à mon retard de train. À noter également que l’entrée autonome est possible en cas d’arrivée tardive

Rien de particulier, si ce n’est le lit qui fait un peu de bruit lorsque l’on bouge et qui est légèrement ferme. Malgré cela, j’ai très bien dormi

Séjour interrompu dès l’arrivée à cause de règles supplémentaires

Je n'ai rien aimé !

J’ai réservé ce logement en me basant uniquement sur les conditions affichées sur Booking.com. Malheureusement, une fois sur place, plusieurs règles importantes non mentionnées dans l’annonce m’ont été imposées. Le propriétaire devrait passer à chaque fois et circulé dans les espaces communs, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué. Avec un lit au salon qui n'est pas visible sur les photos présents sur Booking. De plus, il est interdit de recevoir toute visite, même pour une courte durée dans le salon, sans nuitée, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans les conditions. D’autres restrictions ont également été ajoutées sur place, créant une ambiance de malaise et de pression. Ces éléments ont rendu le séjour inconfortable et m’ont contraint à abandonner le logement. Si ces règles avaient été clairement mentionnées dès le départ sur l’annonce, je n’aurais pas effectué cette réservation. Je recommande donc aux futurs voyageurs de bien se renseigner et au propriétaire d’être plus transparent sur les conditions réelles du séjour.

Comme nous n'utilisions ce logement que pour dormir, et pas pour se poser, ça a été.

L'appartement est relativement récent, propre, bien rangé, et a un petit balcon agréable. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement.

Nous étions surpris d'apprendre en arrivant qu'il y avait un autre locataire. Bon, comme il y a deux chambres, c'est ok. Et la locataire était très sympa. ;-) Mais le lendemain, il y avait encore un troisième locataire, ami du propriétaire, qui a dormi dans le salon ... Du coup nous n'avions plus de salon disponible ... Nous n'avons pas eu de petit déjeuner. Il n'y avait qu'un cintre par locataire, pas de barre pour le suspendre dans la chambre, pas de crochet pour vêtements dans la salle de bain ... des petits détails embêtants

Ce monsieur est un voleur et un malhonnête il loue deux chambres dans le même appartement sans informer sur Booking. Il a été irrespectueux injurieux et ne s'est jamais déplacé puisqu'il savait très bien qu'il avait déjà loué l'apprtement !!! Et en toute impunité il encaisse l'argent 1 mois avant votre arrivée et son escroquerie fonctionne !!! Allo Booking ?????

Conforme comme sur les photos et on a pu passer un agréable moment à Paris!

Le propriétaire est très sympa. Le airbnb se situe à 5-10min du RER ce qui est pratique. Le balcon était un atout pour nous. L’entrée pour accéder à l’immeuble est bien protégé par 2 portes avec codes/badge. L’ascenseur est également protégé par un autre code.

Le quartier fait un peu peur mais c’est tout

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement plein de qualité, de plus Youssef et Fatima ont étés des hôtes exceptionnels. J'ai été accueillis comme jamais je n'ai été reçu en logement partagé. La chambre est grande, l'appartement est très propre et bien agencé, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et l'appartement est proche des transports en communs afin d'être desservi plus que convenablement. Je recommande 1000 fois ce bien !

Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et mignon. L'appartement est magnifique, confortable, bien équipé et incroyablement propre, ils accordent beaucoup d'attention à la propreté.
