Disappointed with the quality of the room and breakfast for the price of the hotel. Room had less amenities than advertised, no safety latches on windows. Some staff not particularly polite. No bin or coat hooks in room. Breakfast was very limited range and not great quality. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. Area also pretty noisy all the time, you can hear everyone on the streets in the night with the window shut and we were on the top floor.

Hotel has been in such a poor state, poor lift and low grade breakfast, cleaning also staff. I was charged again some hidden taxes when I booked for my breakfast and paid €20 cash. When askedI was told some more taxes of approx €9 Its not an international standard service.

Don’t book this hotel. Some of the staff were very unhelpful. After a long journey, we checked into our room, freshened up, and then went downstairs to report to the receptionist that the room was very dirty. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the room had a strange smell which forced us to keep the windows open, and the toilet had a bad odour. We asked if we could change our room. At the desk was a man who I believe was security, and his behaviour was surprising—dismissive and unprofessional. The receptionist sent him upstairs to check the room, and instead of listening, he started raising his voice in his own language because he didn’t understand English. We simply pointed out that the room was dirty, with hair on the bed and dust everywhere, but he continued speaking loudly. Thankfully, another security staff member came and politely explained the situation—that because we had already used the room, they couldn’t give us a new one, as it could no longer be resold. We were not aware of this policy, as in other hotels we’ve stayed at, even after using a room, issues like this would still be resolved with a change. That explanation was acceptable, but the way the first man treated us was disappointing. He could have calmly explained the policy instead of raising his voice and closing the door on us. This experience has left a very negative impression. Customer service is what guests remember most, and here it was completely lacking. I will not be booking with Ibis again.

Rooms are small and there is no drawer except hangers. Some rooms have sockets near the bed, some others - not. What was different from other ibis budget hotels - they have twin beds in triple rooms and there is no sink in a room. In the lobby there are lots of vending machines with convenient prices. Also in the next building large supermarket. Metro 5-6 min walking distance. Also laundry next to the hotel. Hotel has mini breakfast (coffee + croissant for 3.5 EUR) and full breakfast for 9.90 EUR. Don't expect toiletries in the room.

Overall it was an okay experience. Before hand I wish I knew I couldn’t have access to a kettle then I would rethink my stay. It’s a place for a 1 night and go the next morning not a place to stay for 2 nights plus especially if you need basic things like a kettle at your disposal. There were many food restaurants around and a supermarket near by which was convenient. Getting an Uber from there is very efficient. The staff I got upon arrival was welcoming and patient.

Staff was very kind and friendly, especially Alma. The hotel could be modernized and due to the high traffic, there was always a waiting time for the elevator. (Stairs not open to residents). Could be more tidy. AC not working in either rooms we had. Area isn’t the safest.

No air conditioning was a strange experience in a hotel. I was told flat out by the staff multiple times and it gets cooking up on the 7th floor, and they were quite forceful about giving them good reviews after that.

Room window was opened when we stepped in. There were black hairs on all the bedsheets on the top bunk, without a fitted sheet (just a plastic mattress). Soap dispenser in the washroom had not been replenished. Overall had poor cleanliness.

Overall were happy staying here, except the lift only one working, we need to squished in, one time to use the stair even were carrying our luggage from 5th floor to go down. I hope you can sort it out this issue.

The area is not too bad but duvet/linen has got blood stains in it. The bed was not made up although they've left some covers for us to do it. There were no disposable cups either and the check in was so delayed as the queu was so long.

Hotel was better than expected. Nice clean, quiet hotel and rooms. Large secure underground car park (€10/night), entrance very narrow. Breakfast was ok but if you venture out to the local shops there is a nice bakery that also sells coffee and freshly made sandwiches (lovely). Hotel nextdoor to a supermarket and a few minutes walk from metro (line 12).
