The hotel refused to accept us due to our dog, which is a service dog. We found the hotel on the platform by choosing the filter pet-friendly. But the personal was very rude. Not at all recommendabel.

Just what we needed after a long and difficult day.

It was comfortable after a long day. I liked how they had little treats for us there when we got there. The beds were nice to sleep in.

The shower could have been a little cleaner.

Pleasant and clean, but location not very desirable for eating out in the evening.

Empty fridge, microwave and kettle in room. But no milk, coffee or biscuits (but did offer free coffee at reception). Shower head sprayed all directions! Cigarette burns on bathroom shelf.

El personal es muy atento, siempre estuvieron con disponibilidad para ayudarnos, nos dieron café , te y jugos gratis, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, la relación precio calidad es muy buena, no tuvimos ningún problema, recomiendo el hotel para familias con niños o personas adultas sobre todo por la ubicación, muy cerca está la estación del metro y tiendas para comprar alimentos y restaurantes...altamente recomendado

Las personas que trabajan ahí todas son muy amables! La mejor opción si a lo que vienes a Paris es a pasear. (Porque el centro es muy caro) El tren de la línea 7 te deja a unas cuadras de aquí, igualmente la misma línea te deja en el Centro. 100% recomendable 👌

La verdad que todo bien, hasta plancha me prestaron y siempre nos invitaban agua 😊

Le sperme sur la couette Le rideau de douche degueulasse La lunette des wc sale ainsi que le sèche-serviette. Ne parlons pas des cafards car c’est fort probable que ça soit des clients précédents qui les ont laissés.

À éviter...

Le lit était fait avec une simple couette, sans housse, exposée à même les draps. Niveau hygiène, on repassera : sol sale, salle de bain douteuse… Les serviettes dégageaient une forte odeur de moisi, probablement mal stockées ou mal lavées. Quant au mobilier, cassé, abîmé : rien n’était entretenu. Une vraie sensation de négligence générale. Je ne recommande pas, même pour une nuit.

De service op t late uur. We waren gestrand in Parijs en onverwachts met 5 stellen, daar terecht gekomen. Uiterst vriendelijk. Ook bij ons vertrek om 5.15

Douche niet schoon gemaakt, verveloos, wc-papier en handdoeken zelf gaan halen. Waren ook vergeten

Etablissement extremement bruyant, les locataires sont d un sans gêne demesurer ! La.chambre n était pas propre, les gobelets cartons usagés, une couette sans housse, la salle de bain avec des cheveux dans la douche, de la rouille sur le radiateur et le branchement défectueux, les serviettes sentent mauvais et la cigarette!!!!!

Öncelikle konum olarak aslında tramvay ve metroya yakın olmasına rağmen, akşam saatlerinde çok güven vermeyen bir ortam var. Ama en önemli sorun personel ve patrondu. 4 kişilik aile odası istememize rağmen, ilk gece biz gelmeden odayı başka birine vermişler, bizi normalde müşterilere sunulmayan depo tarzı bir yere verdiler, gece saat 11’de geldiğimiz ve başka da tercihimiz olmadığı için mecbur kaldık. Böyle yapmış olmalarına rağmen bir de bizden otopark parası istediler, normalde bir gece zaten fazladan oda parası almışken ilave para istedi, rahatsızlığımı bookinge yansıtacağımı söyleyince otopark parasını artırmaya kalktı bir de. Temizlik olarak da oldukça kötü. Bir daha asla uğramayacağım bir yer kesinlikle.
