A complete disaster

NOTHING!

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment and the worst experience of my life. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly felt scary and unsafe. There was constant noise from construction, making it impossible to rest. The owner was rude and unpleasant, showing no respect or care for guests. Overall, this place is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I definitely do not recommend it. You can easily find something much better for the same price. Avoid at all costs!

A hotel that may leave you without a place to stay at the last minute despite a confirmed booking

The location was good for where I was going.

Despite having a confirmed room booking, I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel on the day of my stay. They sent me a message in French (from the phone number listed on Booking.com) stating that all rooms were booked. Just as I was about to leave the airport, I panicked with a message like this. They told me several times that they had no available rooms. I told them they were putting me in a difficult situation and that I would complain to Booking.com and the authorities. Meanwhile, not knowing what to do and even crying at the airport, I tried to find other places to stay. Following my message regarding a complaint, a few hours later, they called and texted me to say they had arranged a room for me. It was a very challenging and shocking experience to encounter such a last-minute surprise in a city I'd never been to. I believe Booking.com officials should investigate this further. I have screenshots of the conversation. This is a very serious problem. It could endanger guests' safety.

Please take care of the bed bugs!

Location

They had bed bugs! My friends and I got bitten several times. Toilet was outside and not in the room. You need to take shampoo and shower gels with you because they don't provide anything. They were also very inflexible with the check in and didn't want to accept the time written on this website.

Accept reservations from Booking and wait after the time for cancelation without any charge to comunicate by SMS that dont have rooms availables. And dont cancel on Booking. Maybe i Will BE charged this fare. Im The proper day i needed to find another hotel in Paris, way expensive. Its unaceptable. They refuse to speak another language, only French and arrogant. Bad bad bad.

I only liked the staff, they were pretty nice. Sadly, that is the only positive answer I can give.

The room itself its too small, the shower even smaller (barely any space to shower) and the walls were quite broken. You can hear everything from the other rooms. The location is crowded and dangerous. And the worst... a small rat crawled out of the bathroom and came into the dorm room. That is when I knew that I would never come here again.

Bed was comfortable but not what I booked! Booked a large double, got two small singles! ☹️ They were comfortable and clean and no BEDBUGS!

Sad, tired, v v basic! Bathroom had no toilet!!! Separate Toilet shared by 4 double rooms. No sink to wash hands so v unhygienic!!! Toilet seat broken. No kettle, coffee maker etc Rooms not like ad on b.c

Pleasant

We never heard or seen anyone there so hard to say if more people were staying in so It was very quite.. As simple as ... stay for 1 night if you need a place to crash the first night then look for a better place.

The area is not nice, I won't say dangerous but just watch out. We were fallowed by a guy who was in the train just when we first arrived...but we tried to get him lost on the way out the station. We only stayed for 2 nights than moved out to an other hotel but it was enough to get bedbugs bites all over my neck, arms and belly after the 2nd night . Lucky me. Nice to be in Paris with itchy body just like that. So watch out for bedbugs too. And as many people said: stairs are to narrow and dark no elevator.

The location was very convenient. The room had a shower and toilet. The bed felt comfy.

I had to pay at the hotel rather than through booking.com. The staff didn't speak English but were willing to communicate by using google translate on a phone.

Simple room within a café.

Felt closer to the authentic Paris.

Shower was lacking pressure. Room was small. Lighting up to room could be better, but worst is the walls are very thin.

Awesome stay

I liked that the hotel front was inside the cafe. We go in the morning to have coffee and chat. The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Great view towards a town square. Easy access to the metro station.

Some of the neighbors were loud and did not consider sleeping hours.

The hotel is located just by the metro station in a nice area. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and rather clean.

It is a bit pricey for what you get, but apparently it is a fair price for Paris.
