The location was good, close to bakeries, supermarkets, pubs and transport. Room smal, but cosy, kitchenete and spacious bathroom. Easy check in and check out, luggage storage. Overall a nice and comfy stay!
Stairs, steep and outdated. Lift from 1 floor. Litle bit noisy.

Comfortable bed, perfect flat tv, amazing bathroom and loved all the services. I would definitely recommend this place! I’ll come again for sure!
I would have appreciated a few more accessories in the kitchen, like more ladles.

Good place not so far away from central
No towel drier

Clean and spacious apartment. Good communication with the owner and easy access to public transport and grocery store close by. Just be aware the apartment is on a steep hill, but it is very doable. Good place to stay in Paris for a good price!
The bar downstairs is very loud, until 2-3am. The bed is not very comfortable and the curtains were not able to close all the way. The description of the property mentioned ‘soundproof’ windows, but this not the case. Bring some earplugs and your stay in this apartment will be great!

Loved the location in the 20th with plenty to do around the apartment. Bakeries, live music venues, bistros, Père Lachaise, Belleville, etc etc etc. Easy communication with the host/owner. Possible to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Sadly, we didn't get the superior bedroom unit that was shown in the photos and ours had a limited view - one window looked at a wall and another had a partial view out of the inner courtyard. Luck of the draw I guess. Also, the walls were pretty thin and our neighbors were quite loud with a kid. They were quiet during 'quiet hours' but just be aware. Finally, the luggage drop room is a great bonus but it isn't actively monitored (no one is there...) so I'd be hesitant of what I left there.

I like the convenience of the location, it was clean, comfortable and had the basics.
Nothing really that I didn’t like. It was what we were expecting

Great location, spacious and recently renovated. Very clean

In terms of size, it’s more like a hotel room than a studio. Still, it has everything – a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, a bar with two stools where you can dine, an iron and ironing board, and a fairly large and well-organized bathroom – all very well packed. The apartment is clean and bright, and the beds are comfortable.
Since it’s located in the 20th arrondissement, it’s a bit farther from the center of Paris (about 3 to 4 kilometers), but there are three metro stations nearby (Ménilmontant on line 2, Gambetta, and my favorite, Jourdain on line 3, which takes you straight to the Châtelet train station — from where everything is close by).
It’s also worth mentioning the very kind host, who explained to me how to use the stove in the middle of the night. In short, for a couple or a solo traveler, it’s excellent value for money.

The location was was close to the concert we were attending. I liked that we were in a community, it felt very local and friendly
Some information in a folder in the apartment about how to find a shop or taxi rank

Location was very good, neighborhood was very lively, and it was clean.
Apartment is very small. Lift is very small as well. There is no AC, so it can be warm.

Our room was super clean and spacious. We used kitchenware and microwave, it was convenient. TV has streaming platforms and the bed is comfortable. We are satisfied with our stay in here.
Only the location is a little far from the main attractions, it takes 30-40 mins by bus to reach the Louvre, Notre Dame etc., including the waiting time.

Very convenient to our event at La Bellevilloise. Room was small and plain but had everything we needed for a short stay. Bathroom was attractive and clean.
We were on the first floor facing the street, so noisy at night and could smell cigarette odors. Wax ear plugs definitely helped.

really clean and loved the area we stayed in
didn’t expect it to be that small

Good space for 2 people to stay comfortably.
No lift from ground floor which makes it difficult to take up luggage and no host on arrival to assist us. Coffee and tea and milk could be provided since there is a pod machine.

Spacious city break apartment, comfortable bed, pillows and sofa-bed, fairly quiet building, clean facilities all around. We had 3 people in the flat for 3 nights, my parents and I and was ideal for us, comfortable and spacious. Bedroom was quite big and a very good sized bed. Lots of stuff to use in the kitchen if you prefer to do some at home dinners. Nicely decorated, simple and efficient. Loved the electric blinds and black out curtains, perfect when you need some extra sleep in the morning.
There was water leaking from the freezer when we arrived, but nothing a couple cloths didn't solve. I guess because the master switch for power is kept off until new guests arrive.
The bathroom has two sources of light, but the shower is behind a wall and it's surprisingly dark. Maybe installing a little light would be a good idea.
Once you open the sofa bed there are no power sockets accessible that would allow you to plug your devices and have it close to you. There are two sockets that get covered by the extended bed and you can't fit anything there and the other two outlets are opposite the feet of the sofa bed, making it just a little too far away for comfort.

The apartment was clean and really well located, close to restaurants, pubs and metro station. There is also a small kitchen with microwave, induction cooker, cups and coffee machine.
The studio is really small, but there is another option for a bigger one.

spacious and clean. easy access to train station via bus 96. Lots of restaurants around that are open late. Very good French restaurant in the town centre. fully equipped kitchen.
proper size beds. The sofa bed in the living room did accommodate big teenagers comfortably.
Supermarkets around open till 11 pm
Very close to cultural centre so the area can be a little noise on weekends and holidays till late night . There are 2 restaurants below. Not a problem in cold weather with windows closed but with windows open the lively noise will keep you up till late.
Lift starts only from the 1st floor. you will need to haul your luggage up 1 floor atleast.

Comfortable bed, good shower, great location near bars restaurants and shops. Close to music venue we attended. Nice to have views from balcony window.
Saturday night was quite noisy as it’s a party location but we joined them lol.

The place was super clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed in the little apartment and I the bathroom was more comfortable than I expected. There are three different metro stations within 10 mins of walking.
The area is a little bit noisy, there are some bars below the hotel and people are a bit noisy on the weekend, but it was not that bad, it’s a bit better when you close the shades.

Location is a bit further out, but this place really impressed us. Spotless clean, excellent condition, was so handy having a kitchen although we didn't really cook. supermarket up the hill about 150m possibly. We Ubered to a tourist spot daily. (Approx 20 euros each way)

The contact person and the receptionist (that stayed at night there) were quick and respectful to answer questions and give help.
2 metro stations just some minutes away.
The street is live, full of restaurants, cafe bars, and there are even good second hand shops to explore!
We went in June (summer), stayed on the 3rd floor, and the apartment was really hot (only one fan for 4 hosts, we have to order a second one), and noisy until late night (the bars under the hotel were super full). It was a bit hard to sleep there.
The staircase is hot too, and the lift is the smallest I have even seem.
Looks like a good place to stay in cold and quite seasons, but not prepared for the hot ones if you want peace to sleep.

This is really nice apartment hotel in 20th district in Paris. Pretty much everything is right there - wine shops, restaurants, cafes, boulangeries. In the first floor is nice Sports bar and pizzeria with modest prices and nice stuff
There are two things, that i would reccomend to upgrade - matress is not good. You can sleep there but thats it. I would rate this matress as 6 from 10

The hotel is a short walk (10 minutes) from the Gambetta metro stop with lots of restaurants, bakeries and specialty foods along the way. There is a mini-market just a few meters away as well. The kitchen was well equipped with a modern microwave and a capsule-type coffee maker. The water pressure was just fine and hot water was never a problem. Some bodywash and shampoo in pump bottles were provided. Towels were clean and easy to find. The place could easily accommodate three people, but I was traveling alone this time. Although I didn't meet the staff in person, my text questions were answered quickly and clearly in English.
Not the fault of the property, but major renovations were being made to the adjoining building, so it got a bit noisy. However, having lived in Paris for many years, I was already accustomed to this sort of thing, so I shrugged it off.

Location near metro.
Dirty pot, spots on the pillow, apartment was not as suggested on the picture, sometimes bad internet, no soundproofing.

I loved the security of the hotel, it made me feel very safe which is very important to me. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and spacious.
It is located next a pizza place and a cafe on the corner and a small supermarket up the top. Very convenient to get an Uber or grab some food.
There were no staff on site but very responsive to emails/ bookings chat if we needed anything which was very helpful.
I really enjoyed my stay here!
There is no air conditioner, however you are given a fan. I get hot very easily and as we were in Paris at the time it was hot, we needed to rely on cold showers and cold wet towels and opening the window and having the fan on to help cool us down.
Elevator is located on the first floor not ground, make sure you pack light or can get your suitcases up the first flight of the stairs.

Nice apartment, felt like a home, good access to the public transportation, fast reply from host
Upstairs or next door was quite loud, it sounded like moving around furniture. It happened both nights but though the noise was not for too long luckily

It was absolutly perfect. 30-40min was everything with public transport.
Under the aparthotel, there are several bars, but these are not disturbing us.
There are so many shops and restaruants near by the place.
We got everything, what we expected.
If we travel again to Paris, I will choose Le Bellevue again.
it wasn't.

Loved the location, it was a great base for exploring Paris. Definitely value for money. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.
The rooms retain heat and one fan wasn't enough, especially for the room that wasn't looking out onto the street, as they couldn't open the windows wide enough to let in cool air.
