Great friendly accomodating staff.

The place could be a bit cleaner.

Location was excellent for our purpose. Good value for money. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro station just 5 min walk. Front staff was polite and good. We were allowed extended check out by 1,5 hrs which was very nice. Hot water was always available. Bed linen was very clean and hygienic. A table fan was provided which was really needed as the first night was hot.

Well, the TV in our room was not working on all the three nights, though we had little time to watch it as we were out of room most of the time. The safety chain on our door was missing which caused some anxiety. The attention to maintenance of the property to rectify these minor irritants will make this hotel an excellent one.

It was clean and comfortable. Quite basic but had everything we needed and in good working order. Secure door to room. Friendly welcome. Hot water with plenty of pressure. Good value for money. For a single night stop over it was fine.

No lift. For most of our trips this would not be a problem but this time we had bags and folding bikes. So we had to make two trips to carry everything. If you just have a backpack this won’t be a problem.

It's a simple hotel located close to the Gambetta metro stop. If you are looking for an affordable place for a few days with ease of movement, it's a good choice. The receptionists were nice too.

Our departure from Paris was at night, so we couldn't keep our luggage in the hotel after checking out by 11 a.m. We had to drop our luggage somewhere else. We stayed on the second floor, and you could hear the noise from the next room. The couple in the next room probably went out and arrived around 2 a.m., and started arguing. I had to knock on their door before they lowered their voices.
