Temperature of room at night was very warm despite fan and windows. The place could be a bit cleaner.

The staff was very polite and always at the reception 24/7. We booked two rooms and one room was very comfortable with a big bathroom and two modern fans. We could park the car in a private underground parking lot that belonged to a residential building. It was 1 km away, a bit far to walk but better then risking a high fine on the public streets. The prices for parking in Paris are enormous. The Hotel took 20€ a day which I find acceptable.

The second room was okay, but not as nice as the other room. It smelled like cigarettes, the toilet was very small and tight and the fan was not helping much in the hot summer weather. Please one last tip for the hotel, provide paper signs for the door that say (please clean room / please don't disturb) because the kind employee knocked several times while we we're still sleeping.

It's a simple hotel located close to the Gambetta metro stop. If you are looking for an affordable place for a few days with ease of movement, it's a good choice. The receptionists were nice too.

Our departure from Paris was at night, so we couldn't keep our luggage in the hotel after checking out by 11 a.m. We had to drop our luggage somewhere else. We stayed on the second floor, and you could hear the noise from the next room. The couple in the next room probably went out and arrived around 2 a.m., and started arguing. I had to knock on their door before they lowered their voices.
