Very responsive and friendly staff. 24-hour front desk is the main reason I like this place. Very safe and secured.
Some guests do not follow rules, this is not the hostel fault. Specifically, the man above my cabin was way too loud, late past quiet time, he kept talking and drinking. I went to the front desk and they took care of the situation, thank you. The man was gone next day. Some people do not wash their dishes at the kitchenette. Again, it is the guests, the property is great.

Close to a RER station which helps a lot for traveling
Poor air conditioning. Given that it was during a heatwave, we have to rely on windows which let noise in and unpleasant air. Beds were not comfortable. Hardly any grocery store nearby. Shower and toilet is mixed, bad draining, so when you do no.2 you are stepping on a puddle of water.
