Great location, perfect for what we needed to explore the city

Great location for our 1st time visit to Paris, we like walking so still walked to most places from the hotel which was around 1hr but there is a metro station directly outside which gets you to main attractions very quickly once you figure out how to use it, and as the hotel was perfect for what we need cleans pleasant stay, can’t really give a negative, the rooms are small but we didn’t really need anything else, just remember to take a hair dryer as ours didn’t work.

Quiet Safe, Friendly Staff, Clean hotel!

Though the nieghborhood is far from the tourist places of Paris, this hotel is accessible as metro station 2 minutes aways, various restuarants and grocery stores around and the staff are friendly and assistable. We were comfortable

Not coming back.

Nothing. Too expensiv for this area and standing Check in/out so bad

Check in not possible before 3pm no matter what. It's not the front desk but the Management! No healthy Breakfast available. Check out at 11am even on a sunday. Most of the hotels in town Check out at 12h. I've been 12 times in this hotel (Management was ok). That was my last time. There are many hotels in town which tolerate the Check ins when rooms are available, guests are exhausted, aged, sick... and not all guests at the same time like a "prison"

Perfect location, great hotel, friendly staff!

The location to the metro is perfect. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bar/restaurant is decent. It’s not gourmet but they provide good meals on a good budget. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags on the days we arrived and departed. We would definitely stay again.

We had two noisy rooms

Entrance to the metro in front of the hotel

The scrambled eggs and the bacon. We went to a nearby bakery for coffee. The rumbling noise of the metro trains in our rooms. No showers only tubs, hard to get in and out.

Good enough for a short stay

Nice enough room. Comfortable bed and air con worked well.

On the corner of a major intersection and must be close to a hospital. Sirens were heard all through the night (averaging about 10mins at one point) and sound proofing was definitely lacking.

Good basic accommodation, in an accessible location.

The property was very basic, had all of the essentials and across from a train station.

The property was very old and run down. We had a lot of issues with our bathroom, the hooks on the door fell off, the toilet leaked and the sink drain kept getting blocked. The curtains were also worn out and see through and the air conditioner did not work very well.

Overall we were disappointed with our stay- The metro was convenient but not happy with location

The staff was nice and helpful.

The walls along the hallway had scrape marks, possibly from furniture. As soon as we walked into our room there were about 5-7 flies in our room. We liked that the hotel was in front of the metro but overall we did not like the location of the hotel.

Nice place in Paris

It is very close to the metro station. We can go directly from the airport. They change the towel every day. Since we spent most of the time in the room, it is quite comfortable.

There was no aircon for the entire stay that we had which is a disappointment. Room is not sound proof you can hear the banging of the doors when people close their doors and can hear the underground train like a light thunder noise. I had better hotel rooms in the past and this one is not really one of the best I stayed in I’m afraid. Very standard bed and shower. I could stay somewhere else for a more romantic stay / accommodation in Paris.

Economic but convenient stay in Paris!

Location is extra goid due to metro being in front. Shame one of the main line was closed for maintenance! But there are 3 serving the same stop! Hotel staff was very nice and always available for any issue.

For some reason due to city regulation air conditioning was not working anywhere in the hotel. Not their fault apparently, but it was 28C in Paris and the room was too hot!

Excelent

We arrived quite early around 11am and besides the fact that they upgraded our room to a double bed because we were with our 4 year old, the room was already ready and we had a minibar in the room for which we didn't pay anything. Cleaning is done daily and the room looks impeccable, the sheets and towels are spotlessly white and smell nice. The hotel has a metro station right outside the hotel and is located close to the Montmartre district. There are restaurants and shops in the area, and the area is safe. The quality-price ratio was excellent, I would come here again anytime.

There are no aspects that I didn't like, but they are worth mentioning for other tourists: there are only 2 or 3 towels in the room for 2 people - it didn't bother us, but there may be people who need more. The room is quite small, but again this aspect didn't impact us in any way because we were leaving at 8 in the morning and returning at 10 in the evening.

Amazing stay

The hotel was very neat and clean. The room was well arranged with a few cupboards. The location of the hostel was great as the bus stop and metro station was a few meters away.

There were very limited breakfast options specifically for vegetarians.

Comfortable, despite of the unorganized reception

The location is good, especially because of its proximity to public transportation.

I had problems with the staff. During check-in I received comprovation of the return of another guest's pre-reservation fee. When I actually needed to present mine to the bank, the hotel was unable to provide me with it. I tried contacting the manager several times to resolve this (both in person and via email after my return), but he did not put much effort to resolve the situation. Ten days ago he said he would prepare a declaration for me to present to the bank, but has not responded since...

Overall really enjoyed my stay yes I would return

Overall had a fabulous stay at B&B hotel the room was a tiny bit on the small side the traffic was busy on the street the beds were super comfy the staff cannot rave about them enough super helpful helped us with metro stations The one thing that let the hotel down was their breakfast in my opinion very poor . We also stayed an extra night 😃

Very pleasant stay

- Spotlessly clean - The location is perfect, right next to the Porte de Clichy metro station - Very nice and polite staff - Adorable breakfast! - Although the room is pretty small, it is very well equiped and divided. - The bed is veeeeery comfortable - Room cleaning has been done every single day, big plus!

I liked everything! I have some suggestions, though: - Nets for the windows, especially now that during summer all the bugs are everywhere - Some vegetables included in the breakfast (tomatoes, cucumbers, nothing too fancy)
