A wonderful hotel experience from start to finish!

What a wonderful hotel. It is located very close to the metro, which makes it easy to reach all the main attractions in Paris. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We were welcomed with a small gift in the room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast was extensive and absolutely delicious. The cherry on top was the incredibly friendly staff. It is rare to experience such genuine hospitality. We spoke English because our French is not very fluent, and they assisted us perfectly in English, which we really appreciated. It is not always easy to host a group of 10 women, but the reception, breakfast team, and housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Just the breakfast. The breakfast attendant, Fetta, was doing a great job. She was very hospitable and did her best to make guests happy.

The room wasn’t very clean. During the night, heating system made sound, it was hard to sleep.

Exceptional & affordable

We arrived before the check-in time and thought we would just leave our things and go explore Paris. However, we were asked to wait a bit and were given a ready-to-use room. Thanks to the maid, Vera, for her quick and thorough cleaning. Moreover, we received a free upgrade to a higher room, which was a pleasant surprise and set the tone for our stay. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff for their exceptional service and attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the aparthotel, as the room was fully equipped for a 4-5 day stay, including a kitchen and a bathroom. The only thing we could have added was some disposable slippers. The receptionist Issam was very friendly during our check-out. This was one of the most comfortable and affordable stays we have ever had. We did not hear any noise from our neighbors, but there was a ventilation sound in the bedroom, even though we turned off the air conditioning at night.

The rooms are well equipped and in good condition. The location of the property is also great, less than 1 min walking for a metro station. Also the staff is more than welcoming and very friendly. A great shoutout to Isaam and mohamed for their amazing hospitality.

A nice stay with nice people

Our two rooms were spacious compared to most hotels, and the shower was nice. There were many windows, which we liked. Breakfast was good, and personnel friendly, so we enjoyed the atmosphere and stayed a little longer for a leisurely breakfast. Air conditioning was available, although we didn't need it much, as the weather wasn't hot when we visited. It was practical that subway station was very near and there were several restaurants and a shop nearby. We stayed for 5 nights to see all of Paris. Thank you for making our visit pleasant.

The hotel situation is very convenient for the Metro and serves well as a base for visiting Paris. It is clean, comfortable and has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff were all helpful and polite. The rooms are comfortable,well equipped and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. A welcome pack of fruit, sweets and hotel publicity gifts (bag,water bottle and pen) were an unexpected bonus.🤗 We didn't take the breakfast option but it looked very appetizing, coffee machines and a snack vending machine are available too. The coffee was great 👍 This is the 2nd time we have stayed here during the month of July. We would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Paris for leisure or business.

It was a decent okay stay

I think it was decent hotel location. It takes about 20-30 min to the central Paris. Got bus station and a metro station within about 1-2 min of walk. The staff were kind and I think it was good having room service for a 5 nights stay. The staffs were available every time and really helpful. The room itself had some appliances such as microwave, induction stove, fridge, coffee machine, etc. which was nice to have.

I think there must be a lock to the door at the bathroom as not always couples stay. The bathroom’s shower/bathtub design was really bad that the floor get wet almost every time. The country tax had to be paid at the premises 48,80 euros. Which I think should had been added to the amount when people book the hotel. Likewise there was only breakfast facility so we had to go out and eat every day.

Excellent Stay in Paris

Easy and quick check in. The room was bigger than I expected, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was spotless clean and the staff in the reception was very friendly. The common areas of the hotel are very good as well. The hotel is really well located, there are 2 supermarket just in the side of the hotel, there are restaurants nearby and the metro station is only 3 minutes walking of distance. We felt very secure in the neighbourhood even during night hours. In the end, we could leave the luggages there after our check out and collected it later in the evening. Our stay was pleasant and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, 100m from metro No. 13. Big supermarket next to the place. Also police station nearby. We felt safe all the time. High quality and friendly service, open for any of our questions and requests. Very good breakfasts, wide selection of food. Special thanks to Fetta - very helpful, taking full responsibility for breakfast service. Hot madeleines are so tasteful! Very nice place, clean, comfortable. In bedroom very comfortable bed.

Comfortable apartment in a good location.

Comfortable, convenient and spacious apartment in a really good location in Paris. The metro station and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants very near by. We had booked for parking and that was all good. We were able to pull up outside while we went into reception to pick up the remote for the gates and the parking was secure.

The kitchen equipment was fairly basic and the building is on quite a busy road so quite noisy, but that’s only to be expected really in a big city.

Amazing rooms with everything that you might need! Kitchen well equipped in case you need to cook. The room delivered to us was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures! The staff was amazing! They helped us from the moment we arrived with everything we needed! Location: convenient due to the Mairie-Clichy metro station that is a very short walking distance from the hotel.

I would probably say that the only average thing is the elevator. There is only 1 elevator at the property and it is a little bit slow, so during pick hours it might be faster to just take the stairs. But this is a minor thing compared to the whole experience.

It's very well located - Metro 13 right in front of the building. Staff is nice and kind. Room is very clean and spacious, with a little kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. There is a smart TV. Wi-Fi worked well. There is also a good supermarket in front of the building as well.

Guests partying loudly at 3am in the room next to ours - bad sound isolation. Nevertheless, we complained to the reception and they managed the situation very quickly. Apart from that, the place is perfect.
