Nice and comfy

I liked that the room and facilities were clean. This is what I seek out the most when staying away from home. The bed was comfortable and I have no complaints about anything. Plus, the stuff in the reception were very pleasant to talk to and helpful.

The noise level is beyond imagination. All rooms are facing the main road, 24 hour traffic non stop. O couldn’t fall asleep at all due to the noise.

Great no location, but would never return

Location was great.

- We were only given one room key between two people and we were told we had to hand it in to reception everyday. We didn't see any other guests do this - When we asked for water from reception we were told no - The staff were not polite - There was no lock on the bathroom door and it wouldn't close and when flagged nothing was changed - The rooms are very small - We were only given one toilet roll

Hot & noisy

The bed was comfy & they had a good shower. The staff were also very friendly. I booked the hotel mainly due to its proximity to my place of work on the second day of my trip.

It was just too hot. It was 34 degrees outside & no airco. The only option was to sleep with the windows open, The street outside was particularly noisy but with the onset of nearby construction at 07:30 - you could forget about sleeping. The hotel gets a 7 because for most of the year you won’t need airco in Paris, but my stay was wholly miserable.

Very friendly staff that helped us carry the luggage to the 4th floor (since there was no elevator!)

There was no fan ( no AC) in the room and it was very hot! - there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room either

Pricey, adequet room, clean and nice to stay in apart from the lack or air.

The room was small but clean and pretty, bed and shower were great

For 120 euros there was still no air conditioning, a working elevator, any sort of kitchen or day curtains. So if you want air you have to present yourself to the street

Disappointing

There was not aircon in the room , even a fan was missing. Was told me , they do not publicize the aircon ( I thought was a standard for the price I paid and even because the do not publicize even the pillows.. :) ) The breakfast was so poor.

The room is spacious and the shower is a 10 out of 10 The staff were superb, very helpful and very hospitable, lovely people

- lack of tea making facilities - TV not working and despite the staff informing the manager nothing was done about it - i asked for extra blanket since the heating is off for summer and didn't get it, as a covid recoverer my feet get cold at night. So not having extra blanket was a nightmare - on the first day the room was not cleaned fully

Chýbali svetla, odlomený nočný stolik, prefukovalo cez okno, nedali sa zavriet dvere na zachod a dokonca ani zamknúť takže celú dobu boli pootvorené, dva krat nám neupratali izbu a museli sme používať tie iste uteráky, ranajky extrémne slabé a vsetko jedlo chladne. Hotel v žiadnom pripade nestoji za tie peniaze a nezaslúži si mat 3*

Catastrophique

Absolument rien en dehors de l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

À fuir absolument. Je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne. L’accueil est catastrophique : le réceptionniste, visiblement sans formation, ne sait ni expliquer ni gérer correctement les réservations — la seule chose qu’il sait faire, c’est sortir le terminal de paiement. Des clients se plaignaient du manque d’entretien : pas de changement de serviettes ni de draps depuis plusieurs jours, une seule femme de ménage pour tout l’établissement selon ses dires. La chambre est vétuste, mal entretenue, et ne correspond en rien au tarif affiché. J’ai préféré annuler mon séjour dès mon arrivée — sans possibilité de remboursement — après avoir constaté la supercherie. Une véritable arnaque.

La cama “king size” esta compuesta por 2 bases que no están fijas y se mueve demasiado, literal si te acuestas por la mitad corres el riesgo de caer ya que se abren, el alojamiento me cobró un impuesto que ya me habían avisado por Booking y está bien, pero aparte de eso me cobró un depósito por 65 euros el cual jamás es solo por que si y supuestamente te lo devolverán a la salida, mismo pago que jamás me llegó a mi cuenta bancaria.

Pas d’isolement thermique et phonique

La localisation et l’amabilité du personnel.

La chambre (504) n’est pas du tout isolée phonétiquement et thermiquement. Il y a du jour au niveau de la porte et sur les fenêtres. Il faisait extrêmement froid dans la chambre : le radiateur ne pouvait être mis en marche (car fin septembre). J’ai dû demandé 2 couvertures supplémentaires car la nuit la chambre devait être aux alentours de 10-15 degrés. Aussi le lit simple était sur roulettes (?), sans système de blocage. Le moindre mouvement le décalait. Le confort de la chambre est aussi un strict minimum avec une petite télé pas dans l’axe de la tête de lit. Enfin le drap à mon arrivée était taché. En résumé, le tarif de 150€ la nuit à Clichy est bien trop élevé.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne commence qu’à 7h heures. Nous sommes venus pour le travail donc début très tôt donc nous avons pas pu déjeuner. Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute.

Sajnos a pihenésem nem volt zavartalan, miután párizst megnézni fáradságos idõtöltés. Megérkezésem du-n egy 6-8 fõböl álló fistal csapat ordítozással, ajtó csapkodással, csörömpöléssel töltötték ott tartózkodásukat.

La personne de l’accueil le jour du départ, On me facture un petit dej 14 euros en buffet, il n’y a plus de croissant, il devait y avoir salade de fruit, aucun fruit n’y était, et le pire des yaourts périmé !! La chambre est quand même très mal insonorisé et la douche ne fonctionnait que sur une sortie d’eau, impossible d’avoir l’eau sur le pommeau

În momentul în care am ajuns în camera,pe lenjeria de pat era o grămadă de păr de femeie ,am fost la recepție ,am discutat cu doamna ,iar aceasta mi a spus ca nu mai este nimeni în hotel care să îmi schimbe lenjeria,i am spus acesteia să mi pregătească o lenjerie ca să o schimb eu ,dar aceasta nu mi s a oferit. Pe podea nu se dădea cu aspiratorul niciodată ,curățenia pentru ei înseamnă doar schimbarea sacului de gunoi și atât. Am mai avut o cameră iar in aceea pe fața de pernă era o urmă foarte mare de talpă de papuc. Praful era peste tot. Camera a fost super ok,patul confortabil ,cea mai mare problemă a fost curățenia.

La chambre était sublime, l’agencement parfait, le personnel agréable! Franchement top! On a pu laisser nos clés à l’accueil quand on est allées en concert et à notre retour, le personnel nous a ouvert la porte à clé donc on s’est senties très en sécurité! De plus la chambre était silencieuse et les lits confortables!

Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était glaciale, à 8C le chauffe ne fonctionnait que très peu. Il n est pas possible de dormir ainsi. J ai demandé à changer, pas possible et la température était identique dans chaque chambre selon la reception. Je vais faire une réclamation auprès de booking pour obtenir un remboursement. J ai payé une autre chambre dans un hôtel à côté, qui était parfait

Le fait qu'il fallait pré payer une caution de 65€ avec la carte.même si j'ai reçu des messages de l'établissement je n'ai pas fait attention et en c'est la 1ere fois qu'un hotel me demande une caution.Mais le PIRE c'est que ce n'est PAS ANNONCÉ sur BOOKING !!!! après dans la chambre qu'un chauffage donc il faisait froid dans la salle de bain

Un Réceptionniste Raciste et non professionnel

Le service client étais inadmissible et clairement raciste, étant noir de peau le réceptionniste n’a pas voulu nous faire rentrer et nous parlait depuis l’hôtel la porte fermée et nous laissant dehors, bien que j’ai belle et bien réservé avant de venir il n’a pas voulu me recevoir et m’a laissé dans le froid avec mon amie pendant 1h de temps avant de finalement nous laissé rentrer car d’autres clients rentraient et a pris beaucoup de temps à vouloir nous installer dans nos chambre, dès le début le réceptionniste nous a clairement dit qu’il ne voulais pas nous recevoir et qu’il étais dans son droit de nous refuser et de ne pas nous accepter malgré la réservation et sachant bien que j’ai envoyé un message pour prévenir de mon arrivée j’ai étais poli malgré et j’ai demandé au réceptionniste son nom pour en parler au responsable le réceptionniste a refuser en disant qu’il n’étais pas obliger de donner son nom et que il comprends le qu’on soit là car il s’imagine qu’on vient du quartier en parler de l’endroit de l’hôtel qui n’avait aucun rapport avec nous le réceptionniste étais gênant et a rendu cette nuit la très pesante avec beaucoup frustration et gênante ce qui n’a pas rendu notre nuit très agréable je n’avais jamais rencontré ce problème la jusqu’à à ce jour j’espère que ce réceptionniste sera sanctionné j’en est parler à la réceptionniste du matin mais elle prenait sa défense vue que c’est son collègue mais à assuré qu’il s’était mal comporté en vers nous
