After reading different reviews i want sure what to expect but this hotels was great for our stay really easy to reach main attractions buy public transport and a really nice area very clean loads of food options to chose from The Staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as we checked in gave us info of the local area the only thing i would say is firmer Pillows but that just me LOL

There’s only one thing more upsetting about hotels that don’t allow guests to set their air conditioning below a certain temperature, and that is a hotel that decides which months they will allow their AC to work. That’s right. They turn off the air conditioning in all the rooms until their ownership decides that you are staying in their hotel during the months in which you are allowed to cool your room off. So, if you are roasting at night in a room that gets hit by the sun directly all afternoon, you get to decide if you won’t sleep due to the heat, or due to cars honking all night if you leave your window open. Good luck!

Online it didn’t mention the room of 3 was for 2 adults plus child under 8. Booked a room for 3 and they didn’t allow one person to stay in a room that was able to fit us all. Once checked in, the room was not working so they moved the two of us to another room while claiming they had none for our third guest. Bathrooms were not as clean, the sink water would take time to go down. Bad experience that we had to go through after an 8 hour flight. Wish they were nicer/offered better services!

The location is pretty convenient for tourists as there are 2 metro stations and bus stations nearby which helps in commuting to different places. Also there are couple of super markets and nice cafes just next to the building. But the hotel itself is of average standards, there is no provision for electric kettle or coffee machine in the room. They didn't even provided any glasses for drinking as well, we had to go to the counter and ask for that. The staff is friendly but we faced issue on the day of check-in. We had our reservation for double bed in the room but while checking-in they said all double bed rooms are occupied and for the only last one, cleaning is ion progress, so we have to wait for an hour. That's horrible, after a long flight and long commute from the airport and then multiple metro train changes, we were completely exhausted and that was the last thing we wanted to hear from the reception desk. They were offering us a 2 single bed room instead of double bed and the staff was never apologetic about that. For them, it was like a general affair and they handled it pretty casually. And mind it, we reached the place 1 hour after our check-in time started, then why the hell its called as a reservation if they can't provide for what is paid. I always had good experience in Ibis hotels but this was alarming. I am not going to recommend this hotel for reservation only because of how the staff handled the matter.

Never again, I left my bags at the hotel after checkout because I had a late afternoon flight and when I picked them up in the afternoon they had stolen the cash I had in them! I complained with the front desk staff and their response was that there was nothing they could do!

We loved our long weekend away, the hotel is located in a modern up and coming neighbourhood with cafes and patisseries, also there is a supermarket on the next street for essentials. Very close to metro and all transport links. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend

We were pretty satisfied with hotel, room, food, cleaning. It was some things that it could be better (drapes was extremely dirty, we didn’t want to touch it to make it dark in room or to get some light inside). Walls in room had a lot of marks from "drawings from guests before and marks from who knows what". Morning cleaning of table in restaurant: table surface and chairs cleaning with same cloth Othervise it was good.

Hotel information said the rooms would have safes. They didn't. The aircon didn't work in either room and the hotel is on a very busy road, so opening the window to cool down was just too noisy. The fan worked but was noisy and just moved hot air around the room, so sleeping was uncomfortably hot. Also the sink plunger got stuck in one of the rooms. We told the staff, but it wasn't properly fixed.
