Great price to quality ratio

Very nice price-to-quality ratio. It was clean and bigger than it showed in the pictures. But is on a smaller side but manageable for one person. Very polite and good English-speaking people at the reception. The room was regularly cleaned. Very well connected to the centre.

In front of the hotel, there is a bridge under which people in tents were sleeping, sometimes they were drinking or singing. We could avoid them by going to another side but we didn't feel super safe during night.

Very sad and ugly room but the breakfast sets you back into the right mood for a lovely day.

The breakfast was great and it's very well connected.

The room still has the same furniture and carpet as 40 years ago - with all the stains that happened meanwhile. It's extremely small, much smaller and simpler than it seems from the pictures. Also the bathroom could be a way cleaner.

Beware of giving your ID

Near Eiffel tower.

The payment method not safe. Link by WhatsApp where they asked your ID. Beware. Dont give any details. Better to cancel your booking, than having a nightmare as I had. The building maintenance is very poor, dirty and smelly.

It was an affordable stay near metro station, good location

I liked the cleaning service, they make their job very well, the reception was kind, they stored our luggage, the breakfast was correct large variety of local cheeses, but no vegetables like tomato, pepper, cucumber etc. Delicious pastry, gems and fruits.

I liked everything during the stay, i know the neighborhood before, the only few thing i dint liked in the room is the design of the room, with the small side cabinet near the bed, its curved and the effective place to hold stuff is small, also no hangers in the room, the toilet brush in the room it should be a must, the concept of the bathroom is like in a train.

The location is very good. Walkable to the metro. Area is very good and many restaurants just in walking distance. The breakfast also was good and makes sense to have it there when we have to leave early. Comfortable beds.

It was near the best burger restaurant I have ever been to.

If it says breakfast included, then that should refer to ALL registered guests, including children as they were included in the booking. Was charged additionally for my children‘s breakfast on arrival.

Location is not central but accessible by Metro

We arrived bit early and the reception was very helpful in checking us for the available room. She put us on a priority and we checked-in just after we had breakfast in the property. Room was clean, friendly staffs, safe neighbourhood, generous breakfast, value for money, location is not central but accessible to Metro. Will definitely stay again in this property!

Disgusting, Disenchanted, Disappointed

Only the staff at the reception, all of them very kind and helpfull

Room size, AC not working properly, made a complaint they came into the room and said that was the max, couldn.t feel any coolness in the room, the whole night sweeting when the AC is supposed to be working, not posible to regulate temperature, only switch on and off, it was regulate by a central AC, there is a keypad but only a dummy, just on and off possibility, very dissapointed, not recomandable at all.

Nice rooms, nice location with a store (Franprix) in 210 m and a boulangerie just below Ibis.

The rooms were clean, decent, not very spacious and were adequate for me and my spouse who visited Paris as tourists.

A tea/coffee maker in the room would have been good. There is coffee vending machine near the front office though.

Budget but good

Location was good. Seemed more like a business area but with a very nice park (with huge playground!) on walkable distance and start of the old town right behind it. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but went to the Boulangerie next door which was awesome. The Italian/Thai restaurants right around the corner have a hotel discount of 20% and were good both times we went there. In short, very good for the price.

Beds were fairly comfortable but somehow the fabric of especially the mattress made me sweat my skin off. Cleaning staff changed it every day which kept it acceptable.
