Zoku Paris was an absolute pleasure. The staff truly make the difference. They are warm, professional, incredibly helpful and genuinely fun. From check-in to check-out, everything felt effortless and welcoming.
The room was impressive, especially for Paris. It is spacious, intelligently designed and highly functional. The bed is very comfortable, and the layout makes it easy to both relax and work if needed. You can tell that every detail has been thought through carefully.
While the hotel is not in the city centre, the metro station is literally at the doorstep. In about 15 minutes you can be right in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, which makes getting around extremely convenient. In many ways, the direct metro access makes the location very practical.
Overall, an excellent experience. Comfortable, efficient, stylish and supported by an outstanding team. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location just few walking distance from metro 13 and 14. Modern apartment. Facilities: gym, locker for leaving luggage after checkout, working space, bar. Moving around with the elevator. Fridge works very well.
Not many cheap supermarkets mearby. Bed position and overall accessibility is pretty bad. Pillow too soft. Kitchen equipment very very basic.
They advice to turn the kitchen hood before cooking: still a light cook activated the fire alarm, and they panicked phoning, coming into the room, telling to stop cooking, we had to open the window (which was supposed to be broken btw) and the door (no privacy)... Not sure people manage to cook 'normally' in those lofts..

This was an excellent stay. The room had a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge, perfect for cooking or making small meals and coffee/tea – better than many apartments or B&Bs I’ve stayed at. Near the elevator, there’s a storage area with ironing board, extra towels, vacuum, and kitchen gadgets, which was very useful during my first visit to France over New Year, when I wasn’t sure what would be open.
I felt very comfortable in my room, there was plenty of space to store clothes, a separate cabinet for my suitcase and even books or board game - small details, but I truly appreciated it. My window overlooked the ring road, but it wasn’t a problem – even if it wasn’t a view of central Paris, it was panoramic, and with the windows closed, it was completely quiet.
The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but this is actually a plus – it’s quiet, less touristy, and very well connected! Right nearby are metro, RER, tram, and bus stops, giving excellent transport options! You can reach many Parisian landmarks within 20–25 minutes.
The hotel doesn’t offer daily housekeeping, which is justified as a “green” initiative. While I appreciate protecting the planet, I think it’s reasonable to have the option for daily cleaning, especially for longer stays - available only for a week’s stay. My room didn’t really need cleaning for the six days I stayed, but having a “please clean my room” or "please don't clean my room” sign would have been useful in this case.
The hotel is located on the 2 or 3 floors of a wide office building, with elevators on one side. My room was at the opposite end, so this unusual layout – most hotels have elevators/stairs in the middle or several per floor – meant a fairly long walk. It seems like a small detail, but after a full day of sightseeing, I wanted to get back to my room as quickly as possible.
I can’t compare with other hotels, but the city tax felt quite high, though I realize this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and great amenities. The hotel was right across the street from the Metro station which is an added bonus. Overall a great experience.

Amazing place to stay, cool loft which has everything you need. Close to the metro station(1 min), market, just next door, Boulangerie cross the street. Amazing and willing stuff. Will stay only at this place if I come back

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Staff are very friendly and helpful, upgraded us to Studio when we first arrived . The room is spacious with all the things that anyone could need in a short stay.
Nothing. Just wished if the mattress was a big harder , as it was too soft for me.

I like Zoku Paris. Very modern and comfortable common spaces. Great that I could store my luggage bag before check in time. I could also store luggage after checking out before time of departure. Room is comfortable and well designed. The staff at the reception was very friendly. One more thing, the breakfast was good. I did not pre-order when I booked the hotel but pay for breakfast in the morning. Felt comfortable and relax enjoying my breakfast there. The location is very convenient; the metro station is just across the road.
Nothing. All was good.

Great location with large subway station within one block. Very safe with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is new, modern, and trendy. Very appealing atmosphere with great staff, restaurant, laundry and fitness facility, and roomy accommodations.
Street side parking for dropoff and pickup of tenants, baggage, etc. is lacking.

Different in a very good way! We received complimentary welcome drinks, which was a nice touch. I loved the pleasant scent in the hallway on the way to my room. The décor is modern and stylish, and the gym is well-equipped. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to the metro with direct trains to central Paris.

Located right opposite the Porte Du Clichy underground metro station. easily accessible from Gare Du Nord Metro with a change at Chatelet . ( Caveat no elevators only escalators at some stations ) , Ease of check in , access control to floor and rooms , great supply of towels , room equipped with coffee maker and electric kettle . Exceptional cupboards drawers every where. Great morning view from full windows . Comfortable bed . Did not use the kitchen as we were outside the whole day. Liked the presence of two shops on the ground floor on either side of the entrance . One gave a decent coffee with a croissant at an incredible price. Worth it to have on the go . Loved the look of the coworking space
Zee Bathroom - eet is just so compact ! the shower head did not make for great bathing as spray was either desultory or pointed . and a tap would have helped . The floor could do with some grip . we had to lay a towel for safety .

The hotel was in a very convenient location, right in front of a metro station. It took only 25 minutes by taxi from CDG Airport — and if you're traveling with someone, a taxi can actually be cheaper (it cost me €30, compared to €31 for two people on public transport).
I stayed in a loft, which was lovely and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated their approach to sustainability — rooms are cleaned once a week by default, but you can request additional cleaning if needed.
Breakfast was great, and the hotel offers a comfortable space to relax or work, along with a small gym. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

- very nice concept
- the loft bedrooms are extremely well designed and comfortable.
- good location, facilities, service
- going down the loft bed in the middle of the night is not for everyone.

I absolutely loved this hotel, it's sort of a mix between an apartment and a hotel, a co-working space, and everything is very well though through. I loved the bed installed into a wall, and how much fun they had with design and details and little messages all over. I didn't even realize they had bikes on the site to rent! And they have their own locker rooms! 10/10, loved it ! will come back 🤗

It’s different than the normal hotel systems. Which made it exciting for a change. The rooms are clean, they are spacious compared to other hotels in the paris. Loved that they had surprises with small things and details around the room which made it more fun.
1. The bed was good but could be better.
2. The shower had a system which doesn’t make the water more than 40 degrees (the water is warm but not as much)

Location was a little far out from the main area of the center of Paris, but it was right across the street from a metro, so that made it a lot easier. I feel like the building and each floor was very secure. It was close to grocery.
The space of the loft was great. All the little extras were provided ie toiletries, hair dryer, salt, tea bags, cooking utensils, cooking oil, scissors (never had that provided before and it really came in handy) iron etc. Style was super cool, even allowing you to change out artwork if you wanted. Never heard of that before. A very different concept, and I can see how it would work for longer term stays, especially for remote working.
Lots of great storage throughout the loft. The kitchen table was huge allowing for potential food prep or a great working area to spread out all your things.
Stairs to loft folded in so you could have more space during the day.
Pantry down the hall allowed you to freely grab extra plates, frying pans, ice, brooms, towels etc. if needed.
We were right under the main gathering area, so the night of the party we could feel the bass of the live music, but it was minimal, and the overall quietness otherwise was great.
I feel the couch needed to be changed. It was a little dirty.

It is in the 17 Arrondisement - just like what I want close to everything but I can still go back to my private enclave!
It is very near to the Porte De Clichy Metro line - you can take M13 or M14 to access other parts of Paris. Easy access to tourists spots like Eiffel, louvre and more.
If you need space - movie room was spacious (36m)
They had everything including dishwasher and a kitchen with all necessary utensils (microwave, a large fridge included)
Shower area was half the size of your room
The bed was super comfortable- was reluctant to get up each morning
They have common spaces to do your office of leisure work
Environment- I felt safe all the time
Room cleaning was available once every three days - anyways you can get fresh towels and more from a dedicated room that they have.
Overall my 15 days was pleasant.

Stylish and modern design, with a vibrant common area full of natural light and plants. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay.
A bit on the expensive side compared to similar options in Paris.

Great location. Very friendly staff. The manager checked on us. Great location. Loved all the facilities.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I prefer a firm bed. Zoku Amsterdam loft room had a better mattress.

So I have to say, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at as a traveler.
If I were to rate it, it would definitely be 20/10.
Everything about this hotel felt perfect—no flaws at all.
The hotel is just right across from the Metro station (Porte de Clichy), which was super convenient. The location also felt very safe since it’s across from Tribunal de Paris, and the surrounding stores, cafés, and restaurants were just perfect.
The Room
The room was perfect! It was really spacious for two people. There was a small space with a couch, a kitchen, and even a dining table that seats four. Everything we needed was there.
Coming from Japan, where we’re used to a very clean and well-organized environment, we were honestly a bit worried before arriving. But this hotel completely exceeded our expectations—it felt like home. Everything was spotless, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. It was such a relief and comfort to come back to this space after a long day of exploring.
The Staff
Everyone was so kind. They kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay, and it felt like every request we had was taken care of (except for a free late check-out—totally understandable though, lol).
If I had to rate it, it’s a perfect score from me. And if I ever get the chance to come back to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.
Nothing. All was perfect

The staff was extremely friendly, and had showers and locker rooms you could use before check in. The wifi was good, and it was right next to like three entrances to the metro. Our room was a good size and had huge windows with a great view of the top of the eiffel tower!
The room did get a little warm during the day.

This is a wonderful find in Paris. Spacious apartment. Very spacious bathroom, beautifully designed with great storage space. Lovelt views from.room and the 8th floor with Gym, bar breakfast area and sitting area with flowers and lovely seating. Its only a 50m walk across to Metro station and also a tram just 100m up the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Metro only 5 stops to Seine and centre , takes about 10 minutes.. Downstairs there were lockers for luggage storage which are huge and also changing & shower facilities. The hotel gives you a key to access when you checkout. We checked out at 11 but flight was 10pm so we picked up luggage that day at 6.30pm .
This hotel is funky and beautiful , great work space upstairs if needed and small Gym.
The facilities in apartment for cooking are excellent so we didnt eat breakfast in hotel and again storage superb. From hotel we went to Versailles palace , only stop at Invaledes and then RER out.
This must be one of the best places to stay in Paris, maybe for someone with mobility issues not tbe loft but otherwise superb. Its a 2k jog to the Seine turning right out of hotel and running track just over 1k away in same direction..Highly recommend this hotel for stay in Paris.

I would only suggest to actually add a request for the room make up, they clean the room every 3 days, which isn’t convenient for the guests staying 3 days, and either in terms of hygiene protocol. Otherwise we only paying for the bed.
I would also recommend asking for a unit near the elevators, or else you’ll end up walking a lot, and the carpet isn’t helping to carry your suitcase.
Special thanks to Dasha, she was amazing

We traveled for work. it is close to the businesses we traveled to, but it is far from any touristic attractions.
The room is a minature apartment, with a nice fully furnished small kitchen, very comfortable loft bed, and a table and chairs. I will come again because it is very cozy and convenient. There is a coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, everything you need to live for a few days. It's better furnished than most AirBnBs!
The self check in process wasn't the best since my credit card was charged double. Fortunately, the staff refunded me immediately, but doing self check in, and creating my own key could have been a bit smoother.

Zoku is a really great hotel to stay in Paris. The rooms were designed to the last detail. We really liked the location as well. Very close to the metro station. Wonderful roofop and all spaces of the hotel were so elegant and modern as well. Not forget to mention about the lovely stuff.

A little too far away from the Tourist stuff we were doing. Had to take too many Ubers but if you can master the Metro you’d be fine.
