This property has the best customer service, the front desk staff are the friendliest people in France. They all spoke French, English, and even some spoke Spanish, which was helpful for our family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and available from 6am to 10pm. The problem lies in the uncleanliness. Our hotel room was very dirty from the bathroom to the beds to the carpet inside the room. Our room view was the street and it was very noisy in the morning and late in the evening. The hotel listed air conditioning as one of the amenities, however the four nights and five days we stayed there the air conditioning did not work inside our room and it was very very hot the week we were there, which sucked not going to lie.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast The place itself is very smal, elevator and stairs are very tight. Standard Rooms are tight as well. The walls in (our) room need a paintjob because of fungus
