Great place to stay with good accessibility with helpful staff.

Ratio of price/what you get is great. Pretty nice location with metro station 2min walk and nice little cafe’s and boulangeries around. Really good place to stay and defo would return back. Also big plus was daily change of towels and cleaning of the room.

It’s not that I didn’t like this, but for some people the room might seem small. There’s always an upgrade option though, for us as a couple it was just enough.

Location and access to Metro.

Room size, facilities, noise in the corridors. Not a great option for families from Asia as the room will not have any space to accommodate children , large baggage, space to manoeuver.

Family room was tiny, the single bed came out of a cupboard and was very uncomfortable. The room was also really hot and the air con didn’t go below 20c.

staff behavior was not good. why ? because i reached hotel to book for my 1 day stay at 11:00 am morning, because next day morning i have flight from cdg and i requested for to give me room i can pay money now with my card , but they strict with their rule , they said come after 12 pm noon than only they will accept booking, it was rudely behavior from staff like i was asking stay for free , than i did your hotel booking from online portal "booking.com" than only after 12 noon they accept my booking, till that time i was not allowed to wait there in hotel, that is bad experience for me .

Solid location, easily accessible. Working AC.

Receptionist came off a bit rude. We arrived a couple hours earlier due to a misunderstanding, but she could've been more accommodating and offer to store our luggage for example, rather than looking at us like we are just stupid. The room was tiny, and in my opinion too pricey for what it is. Towels and mattress felt like the cheapest things you could find.

Excellent value for money and great location next to metro stop.

Good value for money, excellently located outside of the peripherique and around the corner of a metro stop. This is our second time here. Also the shower has instant hot water. There is free filtered water available at the reception. The rooms are pretty quiet, you barely hear other rooms. The windows can fully open to air the room.

Only 1 big towel per person, no small towels. The matrasses are worn, you can even see visually that they have a dent in the center, however I still slept surprisingly good after the first night. The AC can't go below 20 degrees and with the duvet it was just about 1 or 2 degrees too hot. Also our room smelled like somebody smoked in there, however we aired the room each time we arrived.

Decent for a weekend stay

The nearest metro station was about a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the area overall was neat and not too busy. The breakfast area downstairs was quite cozy and there's an outside terrace where you can step outside for fresh air without having to go out on to the street

We booked a room for 2 people and it was quite small for even 1 person. The breakfast selection was not great, but for the price I suppose you can't ask for too much.

Excellent price quality ratio near Paris

Great location next to the metro station. The room is small but it’s clean, and for what we paid the price quality ratio was excellent. If you are on a budget, this is the place to stay in.

They couldn’t hold our luggages for a few hours after our check out, so we had to carry them with us and find an alternative. On the other end, they were nice to check us in earlier than foreseen.

Very convenient fir central Paris, good for two or three night stay.

Good location, just outside the inner peripherique, metro station within 5 minutes and several good places to eat also within 5 minutes. Staff very helpful.

Bed was far too big for the size of the room, had to edge round it to get to the bathroom. Thankfully I was on my own!

Pre-paid for 3 nights, didn't make it to first night so cancelled next 2 and stole my money. Thieves

Total disaster. My flight was cancelled and I arrived next day to find out my whole pre-paid booking had been cancelled. Front desk tried to double charge me to stay , despite already having paid. I understand reservations are void if the customer doesn't arrive on time, but the room was paid for 3 nights - if I arrive or not is irrelevant.

Staff had no idea what they were doing. They called a manager who decided to steal my money by telling me my 460 euro payment and cancelled 3 nights of pre-paid reservation.

Nice place to stay and accessible, but they need to do smth about room ventilation/air-conditioning.

Rooms are clean and furniture is new. Staff is very friendly. Availability of a private car parking.

- Continental breakfast was simple so we opted for having breakfast outside in the cafes. - Rooms are not air-conditioned, and it was very hot to sleep. At the reception we were told that A/C is off becuase it is still in "winter" mode (in mid-April). Opening the windows helped, but at that night a motorcyclist parked in front of the hotel and time to time starting its engine. This ruined the sleep at around 2-3 am. I checked out of the window, and it was probably a hotel employee (or maybe I'm mistaken). Normally it seems like a quiet street.

Very good value for money. But the rooms are small, but if all you’re looking for is a clean and comfortable place to sleep it is more than sufficient.

It’s definitely not a “rock-your-socks” location - it’s small, a bit further out from the city, and the M13 is always very full of people.
