Really lovely hotel with exceptional staff. We arrived around 1pm and were greeted by Margaux at the front desk. She said not to worry they had rooms ready so we could get checked in and enjoy Paris.
We met Margaux throughout our staff and she gave us great advice about the metro and getting around.

The location and the space
My daughter and I had a smooth stay overall, but I did want to mention our check‑in experience. When we arrived, the front desk gentleman was on the phone and seemed a bit abrupt. Since we’re new to the area, I asked a question about the tube, but his response made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. It would have been nice to receive a more welcoming and positive interaction, especially upon arrival.
