Clean, modern and good parking nearby. Great facilities with a pool, gym and sauna.

Paid extra for a superior room as this was meant to be larger but the room was very small and extra space had been allocated to the bathroom, not the bedroom. Room service also failed to top up coffee machine supplies and there is no fridge in the room. There is limited storage space not great for a stay longer than 2-3 days and you get a rail for a wardrobe.

Air conditioning was not in use so the room was far too warm. Sleep quality was not as good as it could be as a result.

The hotel itself was beautiful and such good value for money but honestly the staff made my whole trip they were so friendly and understanding and made my birthday trip seamless

The location did mean we had to keep travelling but I didn’t mind

The reception area…really beautiful, clean,smells so good… the receptionist and basically everyone at the hotel had a welcoming, charming smile and good vibe… my first time in paris.. and initially was worried about the language differences but to my surprise.. they spoke English and was so patient with my partner and we learnt a few words too🤣🤣😁… The room was cozy, neat and the bath space was so neat… would definitely come bck here..Thank you

It’s the second time I’ve stayed here. What really stands out is the exceptional hotel staff - friendly, welcoming, polite, very professional. The room and facilities and modern and very clean. It’s easy to get to the centre of Paris with the metro which is just a 5 min walk away. A freenow (Uber) will cost you around 15 euros. Clichy itself has some nice bars and restaurants and plenty of shops.

The main areas were clean and the same goes for the room.

The balcony that the charge for is as hot as Hades in the afternoon and as it is only facing internally it is in my opinion not worth paying for.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and sauna is great, it feels like you are at a day spa. Very relaxing.

The room didn't have any kind of wardrobe. The price was quite high.

The service rendered by Mr. Tharinolm, Mrs. Jinal, and Mr. Mohamed made us feel at home. All staff were very friendly and helpful, but these three individuals helped every day during our stay. -Israel Rod

Our first room smelled like cigarettes and we are sensitive to the smell. Mr. Mohamed freshened the room with spray while they found a solution. We were able to get a different room that did not smell like cigarettes and they upgraded our stay.

Location not good for woman on her own, unless you don't mind being followed up the street at night and letched / harrassed by creepy men hanging around in the street. (Happened to me about 6 times in 4 days! )And it's a good 15/20 mins to and from the metro , didn't feel safe at night. The entrance security. You can't get in at night with your card ,unlike most 4 star hotels and there is no door security.They leave you locked out in the (dodgy)street for 20 mins on one occasion.Also witnessed other couples/ guys hacked off with being stuck outside and having to hang around whilst being locked out by the hotel . You SHOULD be able to get in with some kind of key pass! Only one member of staff ,one of the only helpful ones , who I felt sorry for tbh... badly managed (maybe teething troubles as it's still new?) terrible, disorganized,slow , incompetent service, no one seems to know what they are doing, it's seems understaffed and badly managed. Everything was missing,no fridges in the small room, kettle but no proper cups, teabags, coffee or milk. Sauna in the spa constantly off so having to go out in dripping wet costume and up to reception!!! to ask them to turn it on,then they'd take half an hour to do so, same applies to the towels.,water machine not working. Bar closes at 10.30 , deafening alarm randomly going off several times in the early hours of the morning one night as smoke alarms going off ,no clear signage , again they could possibly sort this and turn it down as it's ear hurtingly loud... again a lot of guests were hacked off.. Roof terrace falsely advertised but not built yet. It is overpriced for what is being advertised. It has potential as the building itself is really nice ,but they need to sort out the management and the way it's currently being run. Has potential,but they shouldn't be charging the high price until they iron out some of the big issues.

The room service came to our room 3 times during our one night stay despite us not requesting anything and despite a do not disturb sign in the morning - this is not cool Also, need a credit card at check in yet hotel does not accept AMEX and I had to ask to pay for the room upfront with debit card as no solution was proactively offered by staff
