The views were amazing and sitting on the balcony in the evening was very relaxing.

Some other guests were a bit talkative late into the evening probably due to the excitement of Cinque Terre.

Aweful experience.

The only good thing is the view, if you do t mind hiking up hill with your suit cases for 1/2 hour.

The hike up was brutal. Place was in disrepair and dirty. Lights broken or missing. Just a weird place. It was not disclosed how far you have to walk uphill and up steep stairs, with suit cases. Elevator did not work and was told it hadn't worked in a while. The owner (I am thinking) was not ready for us to check in at 2pm. He could not run our card, as the wifi or something was not working. There was flowers but it was overgrown and no fun walking through spider webs.

Perfect villa, in a great location with wonderful hosts.

Very authentic feeling villa, in a traditional style (not homogenous and bland "modern" grey fixtures!). The location was fantastic, as were the views. In fact, the location and view from the large terrace was so great that we opted to cancel a dinner reservation and instead brought wine and pizza back to the accommodation. What made it truly special was the extra effort from the hosts. They went above and beyond, providing food and drinks, even toothbrushes! Cannot recommend this place enough, don't think twice, just book it!

I thought the Garden Villa Sea View was a great value for the price. It had an amazing view of the sea (especially from my room) and it felt quite homey. I would definitely stay here again.

Titolare molto simpatico, accogliente e disponibile. Era presente l'area condizionata.

L'annuncio è stato ingannevole, mostrava foto di un altro alloggio. In realta, la stanza era piena di ragnatele, intonaco staccato, fessure nei muri, finestra del bagno bloccata. Forte odore di muffa e di spazio chiuso.

Luogo incantevole!!!! La sera ha un fascino incredibile, sembra d'essere in un mondo incantato, con degli scorci incredibili tra la folta vegetazione e la luna che rossa si tuffa nell'acqua! Un posto davvero unico !!!

Terribile.

Ho scelto questa struttura perché aveva una ottima valutazione (9,1). Quando siamo arrivati ero incredula e sono andata a controllare sul sito di booking.com. La valutazione era diventata 5,6! Quasi sufficiente è comunque un giudizio eccessivo per un posto che definire trascurato è un eufemismo, a fronte del prezzo richiesto. Stanza da letto minuscola, bagno rinnovato negli anni sessanta, ambienti trascusati e umidi (inclusi gli spazi in comune, che non corrispondono affatto alle foto su booking)... e non continuo. Per correttezza nei confronti di altri turisti aggiungerò solo che la mattina della partenza abbiamo trovato il terzo letto (in cucina) letteralmente invaso dalle formiche. Terribile.
