Saimme henkilökunnalta qr coodin (turistipassi), jolla sanottiin saavan alennusta paikallisista junista mutta näin ei ollut. Henkilökunta ei aina vastannut viesteihin kun koitimme tavoitella heitä asiasta.

Ho apprezzato la posizione vicino alla stazione in pieno centro. L’autonomia per il check-in.
Le scale, sono davvero troppe e faticosissime.
Salire con la valigia è stato difficile. Troppo ripida e troppo stretta.
Mancava il cavo tv ed era quindi inutilizzabile.
Per 3h non ho avuto la corrente ed ho avuto qualche difficoltà ad entrare in camera ma il peggio era che la stanza era caldissima e non ho potuto dormire fino a quando non è tornata la luce.
Ok la sostenibilità ma la stanza è molto calda, quindi appena rientri devi attendere che si rinfreschi in un bagno di sudore, poiché appena apri la finestra si spegne.
