The position is excellent! The breathtaking view from the beautiful balcony overlooking the harbor and sea truly made my experience unforgettable. Watching the sea and harbor from that spot was a highlight of my trip. The decor is delightful, featuring a funky round bed that adds character to the space. While the apartment is small, it fits perfectly within the village's charm. Accessing the bedroom requires climbing up some ladder-like stairs, so agility is a must. It adds a quirky touch to the experience, but it's worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns.

My stay at the apartment was marred by the unpleasant and unhelpful management. They were unresponsive to my calls and uncooperative. I was refused the access code until I filled out some forms and I had no Wi-Fi. Additionally, we were left waiting in the alleyway for two hours without guidance to the apartment.

A unique room with a view in a magical European setting.

Each unit was decorated so uniquely. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were great. The location was perfect and the views were million dollar views. So stunning!

Great views, great stay if you are small and nimble

The views from the room are amazing, and the location is perfect.

There’s no room hardly anywhere inside the room for luggage. I had to put my suitcase outside on the patio. The room is extremely compact and I am a small person. This would not be a good place for someone who needs space, is with another person or has difficulty getting up tiny stairs to the room from the entrance.

Soggiorno da favola

Struttura bellissima, curata in ogni particolare, una stanza romantica con una vista che non ha prezzo! Una chicca nel centro di Riomaggiore per trascorrere un weekend romantico, la stanza era davvero particolare, dal letto rotondo, al lavandino in camera, la struttura del letto, l’illuminazione ma la cosa più bella era la terrazza con una vista magnifica sul mare. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza Phoenix

La scaletta che porta dall’ingresso alla camera è davvero ripida, e dover scendere per andare in bagno non è comodissimo. Del resto essendo tutto dí dimensioni ridotte credo che sia stato sistemato tutto nel migliore dei modi quindi per una notte si può fare! Unica pecca l’acqua fredda dopo la prima doccia, credo che questo vada risolto!

Volveremos

Definitivamente volveremos en Verano. La habitacion es pequena y las escaleras son estrechas pero no le quita el encanto de una Habitacion frente al mar con una ubicacion excelente. La habitacion tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para permanecer unas vacaciones de maravilla.

Mejoraria la comunicacion con el propietario de la habitacion, ya que no existe una Recepcion o personal para hacer el Check-in. Debes realizar el Check-In desde el internet en una pagina externa a Booking.com y llenar un formulario un tanto engorroso pero nada dificil. La Habitacion y en general la ciudad no es para personas con movilidad limitada o problemas que le impidan subir escaleras o pendientes.

Location stupenda, una chicca a picco sul mare arredata con grande gusto e con tutti i comfort Staff molto disponibile che ha dovuto purtroppo gestire una problematica dimostrandosi attento e presente.

Il bagno per quanto molto bello non offre grande intimità, consigliato a coppie rodate.

Location e vista spettacolare. Accessibilità impegnativa.

Posizione ed arredamento spettacolare. Ho scelto questo appartamento per la vista e per la posizione. Questi due aspetti sono risultati eccellenti come da aspettativa. Terrazzino e vista mare dal letto sono veramente notevoli.

Chiaramente le case di Riomaggiore sono arroccate e l'accesso ad esse è sicuramente impegnativo e non adatto a chi non è fisicamente allenato. Purtroppo anche l'interno dell'appartamento risulta ai limiti se non oltre dell'agibilità anche per chi non ha difficoltà fisiche. Nell'ingresso non c'è modo di stare coi piedi sul pavimento anche solo per aprire la porta per uscire senza dover salire sugli "scalini". È letteralmente impossibile portare la valigia al piano superiore (letto) e va lasciata nel vano sotto le scale che funge anche da armadio aperto dove si possono appendere solo abiti corti. Alla scala per salire al piano superiore si accede arrampicandosi su degli scalini bizzarri e francamente pericolosi come anche la ripida salita per cui è necessario aggrapparsi al mancorrente. Andare in bagno di notte o scendere per cambiarsi (a turno visto lo spazio) risulta purtroppo molto scomodo e rischia di rovinare il piacere di una tale location. Purtroppo nel sito questi dettagli non sono evidenziati a sufficienza. Temo che ospiti più alti (il letto tondo è corto) e meno agili potrebbero dover rinunciare a questo monolocale. Gli elettrodomestici (clima e termosifone bagno) sono rumorosi, non ci sono le istruzioni e risulta complicato comprenderne il funzionamento. Non erano presenti le doppie chiavi.
