Matteo was great, friendly and very responsive. Definitely would recommend this location to others as it was perfect for what we needed...great location, very nice and updated room, very responsive host and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay very much, thanks.
It was rather noisy due to the close proximity of another room (you could here others using the stairs and talking) but not an issue for us.

Matched the photos except the steep stairs within the property Balcony and view were exceptional All provisions provided including breakfast items Coffee and selection of teas Shower was excellent
